Because we were needing work done on the service line between the hohsr and main line, we bad to work with insurance and had some holdups with that, and City Plumbing was very helpful and worked with us to get things moving along. Would definitely use again!

Mike fixed a leak on hot side of water heater plumbing and installed expansion tank on cold side of plumbing. Great job. Somewhat expensive.

Made the call this morning and they finished the job in less than 4 hours total, Amazing! Mike did an excellent job, very polite and informative about our issues. Definitely has our Recommendations.

We called city plumbing to fix our shower faucet and replace a drain stopper in our sink. We were given a time frame from 8am-12pm. Mike called us right at 8 AM and let us know he’d be here in about 30 minutes which he was. He was pleasant and professional.
He worked efficiently and even fixed our water pressure in our sink to make it better for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience he was in and out left out space just as clean as he found it. 10/10 would recommend

Emergency toilet leak on Sunday and repair first thing Monday. Called to confirm problem immediately and suggest solutions. Showed up on time, prepared and was honest about the repair and replacement of toilet. Unexpected water valve replacement to toilet water supply, repaired in same visit, efficiently and overall very thorough. Explained overall solution and consulted on unexpected issues. Fixed leaking toilet tank, water pressure and repair of phantom flush in one visit. Solid visit. Received new toilet, seal, seat and water valve replacement. Mike was detail oriented, communicated with every step and efficient.

Pipes froze due to the sub zero temps. Mike with City Plumbing was super knowledgable and efficient with his work to get our water back on. Very impressed!

We had JD from City Plumbing work on our heater today. He did an excellent job. He was very efficient and thorough. In addition to his excellent work ethic, he was polite and courteous.

We called City Plumbing on a Thursday afternoon to get assistance with a continuous water usage notification we got from our water company. By Saturday morning City Plumbing sent Mike to get the plumbing system assessed and corrected. We were thoroughly pleased with the assessment of the leak, the explanation of the cause of the issue and satisfied with the 1 year warranty for the work that was done for us. Mike was super helpful, answered all our questions and fixed all our toilets within a reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend City Plumbing and Mike for whatever plumbing needs you have.

Mike was efficient, polite, flexible about looking at other small jobs that I didn’t initially report on. I called to repair a broken toilet, but asked him to replace a shower head. Overall, though not the least expensive plumbers I have used, they are probably the best. I will use them again next time I need a plumber.

City Plumbing has been excellent each time we have asked for their help and expertise, ranging from plumbing issues to AC/Heat repair and servicing.

Most recently Kaiser and Jeremy installed a new on-demand Navien water heater for our home. I called in a panic before a wedding and within hours they were at our house diagnosing, and then installed a new unit the next morning!

Do you know how hard it is to get ready for a wedding and hosting guests in your house with no hot water?!?

This is the second time I’ve used City Plumbing. First time was emergency furnace repair and response to my call was immediate. This time (Nov 2024) need to have bathroom sink removed and new one installed. Mike was very capable and easy to talk to. He laid out my options honestly and clearly and picked up the new sink and fixtures. I was happy with both service calls and the office staff is very helpful as well. Mike was at my home this morning!!! Not only was he kind and courteous, he was efficient and everything was cleaned up when finished!! I had a leak in kitchen sink!! He not only replaced the faucet but also the shut off valves that weren’t working!!!
