Got up this morning, unfortunately heater not working. I called Trustco Heating, by early afternoon the heater was up and doing it's thing. Amazing customer service at a fair price.

We been using Trustco for years for maintenence and service. They always come out quickly. We just got a new system installed, a furnace, coil, and condenser. They were prompt, and very knowledgeable. We also got IAQ (indoor air quality) upgrades like a thicker filter install and uv light for air quality. They even set up our Nest thermometer. The prices are very reasonable. The cleanup afterwards was phenomenal, you wouldn't know we got so much work done. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of getting my heating fixed by Trustco. Frank is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very honest. He was able to fix my gas heater, and install a return vent that was needed. I have never had such an honest and smooth experience with an HVAC consultant before meeting Frank and the Trustco team. Frank and his team at Trustco Heating & Air were exceptional from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed a HVAC heat pump blower failure, sourced the necessary parts right away, and had everything fixed promptly. Frank even took the time to check the warranty on the parts—something most contractors wouldn’t bother with.

On top of that, I happened to be having an issue with my oven at the same time, and Frank went above and beyond by taking a look at it while he was here. It wasn’t part of the job, but he genuinely wanted to help.

Extremely happy with the service. I called late Thursday about my heater. Frank came early Friday and got my heater working. He explained what he did and made suggestions for how to improve the performance of the heater that I hadn’t thought about (like what kind of filter to use). He explained everything clearly. He really knows his stuff. I was happy with the service and the price. I would highly recommend Trustco Heating and Air.

Lousy customer service. He showed up 6 hours late and got really aggresive when I questioned him.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This guy, Adam Darwish actually got physically aggressive when I questioned his work.

Adam, the guy who showed up was very rude and difficult to work with. I should have done more research on this place because he very aggresive. I highly DON'T RECOMMEND

Mike was great -- immediately recognized the problem, explained it, and then was extremely efficient in fixing it. I will definitely use City Plumbing for future problems.

Today was the second visit we had from City Plumbing. Mike helped us on both visits. The first one was to replace the tub faucet and shower head a few years ago. It's an old set up, but he had just what we needed and took care of it quickly and easily! Today he came to replace the sink faucet and check our shut off valves. Same as before...he did an awesome job. So friendly too...and patient with our curious dog :). Thanks Mike!

I recently had added a new gas range to my home, shortly after the install, I began to smell the faintest bit of gas, almost each time I passed the kitchen. I was the only one in my family to smell it, but thought better safe than sorry. So I reached out to City Plumbing, Mike was assigned to the job. Initially he did not smell the gas , but once he moved the oven he caught a whiff of it. He went to work, and quickly found the source of the leak and addressed it. He was extremely pleasant and professional, he got the job done within 30mins. I waited a couple of days and I no longer smell the gas odor, and can rest assured that my family is safe, thanks to Mike, Ryan and the team at City Plumbing. They have always done an excellent job for me, they are always my first call when I have any plumbing and now gas issues.

Mike did an outstanding job with the plumbing in the home. He was very careful when cutting into the walls, ensuring there was no damage and that it looked good when put back. Throughout the process, he was considerate of the space and left everything clean. All the plumbing issues were resolved quickly and professionally. Very highly recommend City Plumbing! Phone triage was super responsive and polite. They assured me I would have someone out same-day to replace a leaking toilet tank. Appreciated the transparent pricing up-front. Within a few hours, Mike called to confirm his arrival time before coming out. Mike completed the job professionally with ease and efficiency; explaining the repair and asked if I had questions or concerns throughout the process.
