Have had the opportunity to deal with Trustco at different times. The work was done in a timely manner and at a fair price. They were very knowledgeable of the whole heating system. Would definitely recommend them.

Trustco was very professional and honest. My forced air furnace was not heating properly and Trustco was fast to respond they cleaned and tuned up my furnace without charging an arm and a leg, I highly recommend them and I will trust them if I have any issues with my heating or air conditioning system again in the future.

Frank, the owner, inspected my furnace himself. He took the time to show me issues with the furnace and even gave me some maintenance advice for my AC. Frank never mentioned replacing the unit. After his honest assessment, I felt comfortable asking him to replace the furnace due to it being over 30 years old. Frank made it easy to schedule an installation date. He arrives on time with two other installers. They put down drop clothes and took extra care, not damage anything. They worked for 12 hours. I was pleased with the additional work that they did that wasn't in the agreement. So no nickle and dimeing. I almost talked myself into a more expensive unit that would not have been more efficient for the size of my home, and reviews confirmed that. In summary, I got a good unit, a great installation, and peace of mind for a good price. The name Trustco says it all.

We’ve been using Trustco Heating & Air for over 20 years for heater and ac service as well as bigger jobs. The team is super friendly - they always do excellent work and are highly skilled and meticulous. Their front office is courteous, kind, and responsive. The Trustco team recently installed a mini split system. We are beyond happy (wish we did this sooner!) and can’t recommend them enough.

Awesome experience, very fast, reliable and reasonable priced service. I called this company for the first time and due to my heater not working and he gave me assurance that he will come on the same day and provided estimated arrival time quickly and showed up on time and he was fantastic, very fast and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Very knowledgeable and personable. Totally happy with making the call and I will be using this company for future work.

Frank is fantastic, I have been using him as my HVAC guy for 7 years. He is easy to schedule and has been accommodating a tenants schedule to get repairs and maintanence done. Was able to get an emergency issue resolved 2 days before Christmas.

Frank has been my go to service provider for all things HVAC since I lived in my first home. He has installed AC/Heating and even Boiler units in all of my houses during my time living here in Philadelphia. He always does a great job, explains everything, and makes sure that after the work he has performed that everything is accounted for.

Not only that, but he has helped me troubleshoot water pressure problems that I thought was contributed to HVAC but actually turned out to be due to the water company PWD. I cannot recommend him enough, and I will continue to stick with this company for as long as they are in business!

I lost contact with my usual HVAC technician and I was a little leary of using an actual "HVAC Company". However, my experience with Trustco Heating & Air was amazing!
They were very transparent, upfront and fair concerning pricing. Frank was very patient, kind & understanding. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I was well informed during the process. The response time and service time were very fast. He was determined to get my heater up and running for the holidays and he was successful in ensuring that our Christmas will be comfortable and warm!
He even gave me tips for my business...it's like I've known him for years, although it's only been 2 days! Lol

Trustco was recommended to me by someone who had used them over 10 years ago. I filled out an online request on the weekend was called by Frank first thing Monday morning. Frank came out Monday and assessed my heater needs and began working to install a new heater later in the same week.
I was impressed with their professionalism and punctuality. The work was completed in a timely manner at a fair price and a warranty was provided. Frank called personally the next morning to make sure everything was working properly.

Phenomenal work! ✅ Our AC was leaking over the floor on Labor Day and Trustco came out within the hour to help! I am incredibly thankful for their service! Our drip line was clogged and Trustco rerouted the drip line and added a pump. They were eager to help without hesitation when I had a complication and quickly resolved the matter!
