I hired John Pratt from Plumbing Problem Solvers to fix what I thought would be a huge mess. He was prompt in responding, easy to schedule with, and took great care to protect my home by wrapping everything in plastic. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and in just one day — a job other plumbers implied would take several. On top of that, his pricing was lower than the other quotes I received. I’m very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Plumbing Problem Solvers and use them again.

I had a major water leak over the weekend resulting in no water to the home, and I called John for help. He did a fantastic job by helping restore water the same day, replacing the water fittings brand new and up to spec. I highly recommend John and appreciate his great work!

John Came to my home several times for Plumbing issues, including a third floor clogged drain, and inspection of my heating system for the winter season. John will be replacing my sewer pipes in my basement in the spring. John Is reliable, came on time, is an excellent communicator, is quick to respond and does excellent work. After being stood up twice by two other plumbing companies John & Joe came to my rescue ! I Had a smelly backed up sewer line and they were able to fit me in quickly.

They took the extra steps to make sure it was cleared out completely, then they disposed of all the nasty back flow water caught in a trash can and took the time to explain future issues that could arise with the pipe being so old.

Dealing with this situation has been stressful but these two were so respectful, easy-going and professional it made a bad situation actually enjoyable lol

I was very happy with the work that Plumbing Problem Solvers did at my home today. From start to finish they were great to deal with. My job ended up being a little more complicated once started, and John clearly explained everything to me and came up with a quick solution to complete the work. The team was on time , clean and knowledgeable. . Their estimate was very much in line with other companies I contacted , but I chose Plumbing Problem Services because of the confidence exuded that they would get the job done right. And….They did !

Reached out for a "running toilet" issue and John got back to me right away. We spoke over the phone and texted as follow ups/updates on the project (project was completed promptly). We arrived at Church this morning to the sound of rushing water! We found that a pipe in our fellowship hall had burst and water was pooling everywhere! I called my nephew who sent me John Pratt's number. He rearranged his schedule and came right away. And right on time! We were able to have an abridged service wher the message was preached and prayer offered! The arrived after the benediction and took care of the leak! I had a great experience with Plumbing Problem Solvers. I decided to go with them for replacing my toilet after comparing with a handful of other local plumbing companies. What stood out to me was that Plumbing Problem Solvers offered a fair, flat rate for my replacement and putting in a new shutoff, and they did so without having to see what was going on in the bathroom. Additionally, everyone I interacted with was polite, which was not the case when speaking with competitors. I would recommend Plumbing Problem Solvers to friends and family.

I highly recommend John. Not only is he an excellent plumber but he is a good genuine person. The expression “He’s good people “ comes to mind😊 He takes the time to answer all questions. Thank you to John and his crew! They fit me in today despite being booked up through the new year. I had given him a call the day before after seeing recommendations on Nextdoor, explained the issue, and he was able to provide me an upfront estimate. My basement shower and toilet had a sewer blockage that they were able to take care of with a drain cleaning and did a nice job cleaning up afterwards too! I actually had roto-rooters come out the day before and they had no idea where to start, so the fact that John already had a clear plan based solely on our phone call was an A+ in my book.
