Plumbing problem solvers really came through for an emergency leak in the house. They did a great job identifying the leak, then fixing and replacing the leaking pipe. They gave well thought out explanations for their work, were very patient with questions, were extremely respectful and clean, and responsive. Overall highly recommend them!

Amazing service today! John and his team responded lightening fast to my distress of an old leaking hot water heater. They make all others pale by comparison. Friendly , respectful, clean, efficient, professional, prompt and honest fair pricing- what more can you ask for?! Their work ethic is absolutely refreshing. This was my first experience with them and I can’t say enough about how happy I am with the results. I called John in the morning not expecting a call back until the evening or the next day. John got right back to me via text and called me back about 2O min later! I told him my situation and he told me he was able to come out in 1-2 hours. He showed up right on time! . We went over the problem. John gave me 3 solutions to solve the problem and the pricing of each. I went with the most extensive because it made sense to me and I already knew it needed to be done:) My job consisted of replacing an old cast iron sewer line that was leaking, correcting a washer hook for a new washer that wasn’t able to be installed bc the old washer wasn’t properly installed. Moving the washer and installing waterlines for the new washer. Now I have a nice new PVC sewer pipe -with 2 traps for clean out , a nice new washer hooked up and peace of mind. John even I installed a new dryer duct - I had been duct taping the old one . After the repairs John gave me a run down of all that was done and showed me the clean outs and answered any questions. . Plumbing Problem Solvers were clean while doing the repairs and worked efficiently. They cleaned up after the job perfectly. Both are nice gentleman that really know their craft. I have already referred Plumbing Problem Solvers to 2 of my neighbors and will continue to refer this company !

I give my highest recommendation to John and Joe at Plumbing Problem Solvers. We had an issue with a corroded water heater and called John after hours. I provided some photos and John was up front and provided the cost of the repair with a detailed invoice. He also said he'd be available the following morning. They're professional, warm, kind, knowledgeable, efficient, honest, and hard working men. They go above and beyond and take care of their clients. They explain everything that is needed and provide competitive pricing.

I’m a first time homeowner and of course a month after moving in, we had an emergency plumbing issue. While I was desperate to have someone come out, I did not want to sacrifice honesty or expertise. John and his team exceeded expectations and all of their great reviews on here are well deserved. John answered my phone call immediately and was clear from the start about availability and how his team operates. They even offered to come later the same day but I ended up scheduling for the next day. Communication was great through text and email. The team showed up within the window that they said they would. They were efficient, clean, and respectful of our space. Pricing was fair and John did not try to make us have any unnecessary services— he even gave great advice on what our next steps should be. I contact Mr John at Plumbing Problem Solvers concerning my Kitchen trap , and basement clog issues. I explained my mother was turning 99 years old and family was

Where to begin? My husband and I are recent transplants from Tampa, Florida, and left all of our trusted home professionals behind, not to mention medical professionals! Building this network all over from the ground up is not an easy thing, but we really hit the jackpot with the plumbing company that we chose to replace our gas water heater. All of the quotes we got were more or less in the same ballpark, but what stood out about Plumbing Problem Solvers were the communications we received from John Pratt and the confidence they inspired. We went back-and-forth, probably more times than he has ever done with anyone, and decided he and his team would be the ones to do the best job for us. They did not disappoint, communicating numerous times in the days leading up to the service call, arriving on time, protecting our floors from the front door to the basement, then explaining what they were doing at various stages. They were quick and efficient. The finished work was beautiful and so professionally done that I had to stand there and admire it when they were finished. I know it was only a gas water heater, but the replaced copper tubing was a work of art, and the pipes themselves high quality, thick and strong. John also advised us on other things we might want to change about the old plumbing and valves, which we will do sooner rather than later.
