Kit and Pete were great! Knew exactly how to fix problem and did so efficiently and professionally! They are my new guys! Priced was fair. Good communication.

Kit has fixed several things in my house as well as my mom’s house nearby. He’s knowledgable and kind. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. I’m so glad he was referred to me and I highly recommend working with him.

Kit is amazing. HIGHLY recommend. We have used him 4x now. Once at a rental property we owned to fix a leak under a sink. 3x at another home - installed a new sink/faucet; fixed 2 toilets; and most recently came out on a Sunday in less then 2 hours to unthaw a frozen pipe due to artic blast in Feb. He is nice, polite, knowledgeable, practical and really fair pricing. Easy to pay/Venmo, etc.

If you're looking to get ripped off then water heater express is for you. Not only will they courteously charge you extra for things they break, but will tell you that it's needed and that they fixed it as a courtesy... I contacted them to replaced my water heater for a quote of about $800, but ended up paying around $1250 after they claimed my PRV valve needed to be replaced for an extra $350, but something broke during the install and they claim it was not the fault of the installer even though everything was running fine before they tried to install the PRV valve then charged me an extra $90 for a part they broke stating it was because the part was old, even though it was fine before they did the work. I go into a heated argument with the owner and he was yelling at me trying to explain the reason why I was to pay extra and refuse to admit fault. Please do yourself a favor and fine another plumber/water heater/service. These guys will take you for every dime you have!

Steve was very friendly and very helpful. Came in the evening hours to install the new hot water heater. Definitely would recommend him to anyone.

He came within an hour, on a weekend, in the early AM, when our water heater failed and catastrophically leaked. He texted us before he arrived to help us shut off our system and divert leaking water, and followed up the next morning to make sure we knew how to use the system and if we had any follow-up questions. He was very helpful and professional.

Steve and girls came out at 9:30pm to replace our broken water heater. Those girls would put any plumber to shame. Polite professional organized and hard working. This was the second time we have used them.

I read the reviews in homeadvisor, before looking at Google which only had two review of two apparently pissed off people. Home advisor has over 400 reviews for them and 95% are either 4 or 5 stars so they must be doing something right. I called Water heater express on Sunday morning and in 2-2.5 hours it was done which would have been faster except for an electrical breaker problem that connected to the water heater. THe work was quick, clean, professional and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a water heater replaced or repaired. I choose them partially based on the home advisor reviews and partially for the fact they have been in business for 15 years and they only do water heater stuff, not HVAC or other home improvement work.

Jeff was professional and took the time to explain the problem in simple terms. He even offered a few tips on the drainage process. He was knowledgeable and super courteous. Highly recommend, if he’s in the area and you need help.

Great experience today with Steve. Very responsive on a Sunday and went above and beyond to walk us through how our plumbing system works, all while being able to do the necessary repairs while on site. Pricing was fair and I am glad we made the decision to have him come out.

Called on Friday night for an emergency. Steve scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. He was on time and honest with all answers. Heater installation was about 60 minutes. Although I received 3 other quotes, heater express was hundreds $$$ less. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Thanks Steve!

Steve saved the day! I went down to my basement to find water coming from my water heater. Apparently the bottom rusted out. I searched the internet and listed my problem. I was contacted very quickly. I described the problem, gave the size and serial number. Steve texted me quote with warrant information and time he will be at my home. The next day I had a new water heater. He was very professional, careful getting the water heater in place and extremely knowledgeable. I even learned a few things. I am very pleased with the service and the product. I do recommend giving Water Heater Express a call when in need.

Don't make my mistake, call Steve FIRST!
I got taken advantage of by another installer putting in an AO Smith 80 gallon that couldn't output 25 gallons of hot water. Steve supported with my efforts to have AO Smith repair/replace and when AO Smith refused to help Steve ripped the old unit out and got me better Bradford White unit on my schedule. Not only that but Steve/Jeff were there every step of of the way to help me with the technical wording of what went wrong with the unit so I could get a refund from AO Smith and the other installer. Steve saved me the headache AND over 2k.

Steve handled everything -top notch-on a warranty install. Antonio installed the water heater and did so in an efficient, personable and highly competent manner.
Steve was very communicative, timely and did everything that he said he would do.
