Walked in a saw a whole slew of counter people working. I was served right away, part was there at half the price of the internet. It was a pleasure to receive A-1 customer service, I have forgotten what that was....

I bought hot water heater there march 2021, this week Dec 2022 it went bad and had leak, I contacted the manufacture for warranty as well as N&N to see what were my options , Jesse employee @ N&N was very helpful in getting my problem resolved, in a very minimal amount of time,

My dad bought some supplies to fix our heater. Everything worked except for one of the cables, and I went and returned with no problem. Good experience.

Amazing service, we showed Jesse a couple pictures of what we needed, and he was able to assist and tell us our best options without wasting time, effort or money.

As a residential consumer doing some minor DIY plumbing repairs and not being a plumber and only being somewhat knowledgeable ,Since Pennypack plumbing closed I'm 0 for 2 at this place.First time took all my parts in to get replaced so I could match it up piece by piece,they never bothered to do that,That project took 3 trips, Second time went in with the exact part number and picture of what I needed and they gave me the wrong part. I should know better to check the part but sometimes you rely on the parts guy to make sure he gives you the correct part.Also the price was about 30 percent higher that when I called on the phone roughly a month earlier.

Been wanting to write this for a long time. I'm not the review kinda guy but because the people working there are so awesome I have no choice but to leave this review.
When you walk in you have a full counter of knowledgeable people ready to help you the moment you walk in. You can show a picture or describe your situation and they will help you achieve your goal. Tyler is a 5 star worker. He helped me out numerous times with a smile on his face. What a great human being!
Also been helped by Tim and Joe numerous times. Joe said if I ever want to learn plumbing he would help me figure it all out which I really appreciated. They order extra items just so I have it in stock.
The rest of the gentleman are awesome I just haven't learned all thier names yet.
Prices are better than the internet and again best customer service of all time.
Thank you Tyler , Tim and Joe for all your wisdom shared and being great people. Could have a beer with any one of these guys.

Absolutely the best plumbing shop I have ever been in. These guys are eager to help you and I have never ever had a bad experience in the shop. In fact I live near New York and sometimes I consider driving to n&n just because the experience is so much better than any plumbing shop I've been to.

The place had plenty parking lots of staff great service fast amd reliable. Had all I needed right in store. All was super fast I went in got help left with what I need . No issues or worries these guys on point in here. I locked the number and the address my new go too for plumbing and heating.

N&N always goes above and beyond. If you aren’t to sure of a part. Just take it in, someone will be sure to help you find the correct part you will need. Thanks Jesse Grogan for all the help. Got the unit back up and running. He even explained what connections to use for the correct power supply.!

I have known N&N Plumbing Supply since I was younger going there with my father who by the way from what I saw never went anywhere else for plumbing supplies. I've never met a bunch of guys who where knowledgeable then them. They always have what you need, and would never sell you what you don't need. Whether you're a professional or home owner you get treated with the same RESPECT. For that I say thank you.

Tim had been helping me out for years. Always has a smile, always willing to do the extra effort to make sure i won't need to come back

Love this place the first two times I came the guy who helped me had an attitude, HOWEVER. The third time I was attended by Jesse Grogan and his friend who were absolutely amazing. I came back a fourth time and luckily got Jesse again! He helped me solve my dilemma and his always very patient and kind which is a plus. Thank you!

Called and spoke to Tyler because was Referred to this Supplier. I'm not a Plummer was just there to buy it for the installer. When got there Tyler was tied up and I came across some low-life completely rude jerk named Tim. Was just trying to confirm I was buying the right thing since I don't buy boilers every day. There was absolutely no reason to be obnoxious the way that he was. Will also contact Bradford white and ask why would they have someone completely non-customer-oriented represent their brand.
