The only plumbers I use. They are always on time, professional and clean. They wear shoe covers when in your home and take extra care to be tidy.

Very fast. After looking at the invoice, I wished they spent more time here. Like the fact that they give 5 year warranties on work, instead of standard 1 year. Toto toilet was installed, never even heard of it. The tech was bragging on the seat, now I can see why.

They were courteous and on time but they price gouge in times of emergency or inconvenience. I guess this is their business model. They requested $419 to unclog my toilet!! That's way excessive in my opinion. I paid $89 charge for them just to look at the job and said goodbye.

Due to the extremely cold weather, a pipe burst . I called Precision Plus and
was able to get an appointment in the morning of the next day.
The installation was completed and my home heating system was checked.
My emergency was resolved in no time, and I was surprised how fast this was
since it was in the middle of a cold winter, where there must have been many
similar occurrances of this type.

Fast, efficient, and fair. Derrick explained things clearly and gave us good options. From my initial call to the completion of the job was 2 1/2 hours. That's emergency service.

Precision plus was extremely helpful in responding to PGW shutting off our gas line because of a potential leak. They were quick to respond, and put the issue in terms easily understood and suggested effective solutions at reasonable prices. PGW turned the gas back on directly after they came. Thanks so much!
