Called because my hot water was not heating
Stephanie said she would call Eric and get back to me, In just 10 minutes she called and said Eric would be up to check it. Eric was here within a hour he checked it and only the pilot light was out. Also Eric put a new furnace in for me last winter and was very prompt and did a great job It is so efficient my gas bills are lower than when I had the old furnace I really appreciated the payment offers they had

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of this company. I’ve dealt with a couple HVAC companies in the past, and have not had the best experiences. These guys were extremely trustworthy and very fair with their pricing. I would strongly recommend giving them a chance because you will see that they really know what they’re doing.

Called for emergency services as the website states 24 hour service. The AI assistant stated otherwise. Don't advertise lies. Its -2 outside and my furnace stopped working.

The service technician arrived on time, was very thorough, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He fixed the concern I called about as well as discovered a problem with a gas leak I didn't know we had. We are so grateful that he approached his work the way that he did and really cared about getting it fixed for us. He even found coverage for his next appointment so that he could fix our problem right away. We truly appreciate it and would highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Hoffner Heating & Air conditioning to anyone! I had my furnace replaced and they are extremely efficient and friendly, explaining everything in detail. They are punctual, and are always there when they say they will be there. Fairness is a whole other topic that I would give them an A+ in. Their pricing is competitive and very reasonable. Not a company that you feel is taking advantage. Call them. You won't be disappointed!

I called Hoffner to investigate why our tenant doesn't have heat. They entered the basement, smelled gas, called me to report that they smelled gas and didn't have a gas sniffer to pin down the leak to a specific heating unit and left. They then called Peoples Gas per protocol to tag out the unit. I called a different contractor who entered the basement, heard the hissing leak, and determined exactly which heating unit needed to be turned off from gas and electricity. We will not be calling Hoffner again as they cannot handle a simple diagnosis problem.
