When my go-to heating & cooling company wasn’t able to schedule me for an emergency AC outage for a month (in near-100 degree temps), Hoffner was able to schedule me within two days, and within another few days, we had our new furnace and cooler temps inside the house—less than a week’s wait. The guys were friendly and explained the process for replacing the furnace, and the cost was very competitive (based on the purchase for a prior house). I was so pleased with the overall experience that I scheduled them to come back and replace a humidifier, and I will switch to Hoffner as my go-to for future HVAC needs.

The serviceman arrived on time and completed his furnace inspection in an hour. He found a capacitor issue with immediate replacement and also checked on my humidifier and cleaned the water filter without asking. I’m very pleased with Hoffner HVAC!

Absolutely amazing experience. We bought an old farmhouse and lucked out with the furnace being five years old. They came out and turned it up and had it running for a great price. I’ve used them over the past decade and will always use them.

Reached out to them in a panic because my elderly mother lost her heat on the coldest day of the year. They sent someone out after hours to diagnose and fix the issue and, by then next afternoon, the furnace was working and the house was warm and cozy. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful! I was without heat and it being the day after thanksgiving, I was unable to contact most HVAC companies as they were off until the following Monday (even though the websites said 24/7 emergency services). Eric was awesome and his secretary was also super helpful! I will be using them again for future services!!

With this brutal winter, my heater going out was the last thing I thought would happen but Chad was quick to diagnose the issue and had the replacement furnace in same day. The guys were very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Excellent sales and service. I could only find a couple other places that would install a boiler that used home heating oil, and their pricing was competitive. We would recommend them 100%.
