These guys do great work! Hired them to fix some problems with our box gutters, and they discovered that an animal had broken into the attic that we were unaware of. They fixed that as well. Reasonably priced, and they arrive when they say they will, work diligently and professionally. I will use them again!

They worked on a roof for a rental, I got top results from them. Communication through text is smooth, everything is handled online, and I highly recommend them and will use them in the future!

I have used North many times and they always do a great job, on time and for a great price. what else could you ask? I love Vince and the team!

They were able to start and finish with a home renovation quicker than any of the other companies I reached out to. Additionally, the quality far exceeded to work that other contractors have done in the past. The project they completed for us included electrical, floor installation, gutter repair, window replacement, and painting. All aspects were professionally crafted.

We will definitely be using them again!

My experience with north contracting and roofing was entirely unprofessional and painful. My property management company uses them for contracting. Well north contracting and roofing then contracts that work order out. I had two appointments that I took off work for and they no called no showed me. Dealing with the receptionist Sandra was also an unprofessional treat as well. Apparently she works completely remotes and her husband (who does not work at north contracting and roofing) kept interjecting himself into the conversation. Making appointments without confirming ect. Sandra tried to empathize with me but ultimately said “there’s nothing I can do about it I’m not in control”. Way to step up to the plate and take accountability for north contracting and roofing’s poor excuse of scheduling. You did the scheduling!

When the contractor finally came around to fix my roof after three missed appointments (two taken off work for). They were also extremely unprofessional. He couldn’t provide me the name of the company he worked for, or valid insurance, let alone speak coherently. I tried calling their dispatcher who didn’t pick up after three calls. These men then just shrugged without saying a word and walked off.

I do not believe they vet any of their third party contractors. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and time waters.

Edit: adding voice to text voicemails from Sandra herself. They have still not been out to fix the roof leak. About two months of dodging calls and appointments

Edit two: a month after my original edit to include the voice to text voicemails North Contracting and roofing had still not reached out to me. My roof was never fixed and their professionalism is completely nonexistent.

Edit three: This is right after north contracting and roofing responded to my review. Just because you do not do work for them anymore doesn’t mean you didn’t at the time. You failed to uphold your word. North contracting and roofing also lied to my property management company stated I refused service. They are liars and cheaters. Prospective user beware!

I recommend North Contsctong & Roofing. Vince and his crew were skillful and conscientious while completing fascia repairs, installing gutter guards, and painting trim for my home. Great quality work and I’m very happy with results!

Vincent and his team at North Contracting & Roofing went above and beyond my wood repair needs. Their attention to detail is incredible. Already have them penciled in for more work in the spring to my 100 year old home. All aspects of the project was more than smooth from discovery, work and final walk through. It is a nice touch to receive the before and after photos once job is completed. I have already shared my experience with friends who will be utilizing.

Vince and his team did an excellent job. Within a week, they replaced our deteriorating bathtub with a modern and beautiful one. They were attentive, professional, and hardworking. High-quality work to a very high standard. those guys have golden hands, work with a smile and great spirit, and I’m very glad we entrusted our home to their skilled and professional hands. There’s no need to look anywhere else.

Had a great experience with Ciriello Contracting they replaced my failing retaining wall and concrete steps, Anthony and his team were extremely professional and kept me informed of what was happening during every step of the project 10/10 I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be contacting them again for future concrete work.

Wow, what a terrific company to work with, everyone was professional, friendly, and hardworking. We had a long driveway , excavated out and a new driveway put in they were timely and very clean from start to finish even the grass they removed was replaced with soil, seed and mulch.

To be honest I’ve been doing my business for 25 years….. this is one of the rarest experiences in my years! Why? Because they were one the most Professional, Honest, High Quality and all pleasures to deal with!!!! They should actually get like 12 stars out of 5!

Tony and the crew are an incredible group of masons. I've hired Tony for two separate jobs, one to put in a huge set of concrete steps and the other to pour a patio pad. Both project look amazing and were bid competitively. I would recommend the Ciriello crew for and concrete job.

Ciriello Contracting replaced and extended my driveway. Anthony explained the project, answered all my questions and delivered an estimate in-line with other companies.
Their team, every person, was on-time, polite, trust-worthy and professional. I couldn't ask for a better experience. The work was high-quality. The team was even better.

Mr. Ciriello and his associates were contacted/ contracted by my wife to come and replace an aging out and cracking set of stairs attached to our front porch.

The professional way that they went about business, all while having multiple contracts was quite refreshing. Mr. Ciriello and company are the top of our list if we ever require more concrete or contract work done.

We used Ciriello Contracting for a cement slab we had installed for underneath our shed. The slab was on a hill and in a difficult location so we were searching for the best. And boy did we find it!! We would absolutely use them for any cement work in the future and would recommend them to everyone who is looking! Tony came out that day to give us an estimate. His company is so professional and they are easy to get a hold of. Our cement slab was finished earlier than we had anticipated. The crew worked very hard and they were all super professional! When the job was finished, Tony called to follow up on how the shed looked on the slab! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Best around the Pittsburgh area

Anthony and his team have been nothing but fantastic! They were very patient, helpful, and understanding whenever I was trying to get permits from the city, they had great communication, answered all of my questions, performed effectively and efficiently. They were able to do my job, which is on a narrow back street, that contractors did not want to do. They also got it done very quickly! I am so satisfied that they are the only concrete company I will call in the future! I already can't wait for them to come back and work on more projects for me! Thank you so much!

Look no further, these guys are the best. They replaced our deteriorating patio with exposed aggregate and added a border of pavers, all for a very reasonable price. They were professional, accommodating, pleasant to have around, punctual, and careful with their equipment. I would recommend this company without any hesitation. They did an exceptional job!

Ciriello Contracting did a great job rebuilding the front porch and step of my elderly parents’ home. The cement porch had previously been cracked and when it rained, the water ran down into their basement. Tony’s team took care of everything - demoing the old porch and pouring a new one. They did a quality work in a timely manner. They even coordinated with a railing fabricator to get a new aluminum railing installed around the porch so my Mom could be safe when she sat out on the front porch.

We appreciated the job the Ciriello Contracting team did so much that we have them scheduled to come back to remove a large cement step at my parents’ house and pour a new one to eliminate a tripping hazard. They are also going to do some masonry work to repair my parents’ brick chimney where some bricks at the top have cracked over the years.

I recommend Ciriello Contracting without hesitation. They care about their customers and do high quality work.

I was looking for someone to tear down and rebuild my leaning retaining wall because I wanted it to match my other retaining walls. Ciriello Contracting was the ONLY one out of the numerous contractors that responded to my quote request that would take on the job. Everyone else wanted to replace it with versa-lock. The biggest plus is they did what I wanted and did not try to talk me into something else that would have made their job easier. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.
