Rob with 3rivers was so amazing and helpful! He went above and beyond to help with an emergency plumbing situation on a holiday weekend and was so efficient to fix my problem same day! I highly recommend reaching out for any contracting or home repair needs!

I worked with Don and he was so freaking AWESOME! I have tried to have an issue solved for 4 MONTHS with countless other businesses and him and his guys diagnosed it and fixed it in under 5 hours! I will recommend them to every human I know and request them for any service in the future. Don was on top of communication via text and calls. He listened. He asked questions. CALL THEM!

This was the best experience I have ever had with any home improvement project. From the beginning, working with Donald with communicating our ideas and needs, and his taking it from there to completion. The workmen (James, Tyler, and Cameron) were just as conscientious, professional, meticulous and, even better, perfectionists!! The finished job surpasses our expectations.

Josh seemed like a genuinely nice guy on the phone. Reached out to me immediately regarding my situation. I told him all the info, sent pictures, scheduled my appointment and he never showed up. Sent him a follow up message, no response. Dude left me in the dark. Terrible service.

My review is long over due! Josh and Kurt were the nicest people I could have ever met, and a true blessing to me. The process to sell my house was super easy and I could not believe how quick the sell went through. I had dealt with so many so called "flippers" or sell your house fast people and honestly they were awful, and I was about to give up! But Josh and Kurt restored my faith...They genuinely care about each persons situation, they actually listened to me and were straight forward to me. It was not even a week and they found me a reputable flipper to sell my house to. I cannot thank them enough!

3Rivers is friendly, professional, and committed to doing the job right. Honestly, I hope I never have to update my kitchen again. It's stressful. However, my concerns were addressed in a timely manner and I do feel that this one is built to last. I'll definitely give them a ring next time we undertake a major remodeling project!

Great experience! We had some extensive wall/ceiling repairs done on our third floor. Plus we had skylights installed by our roofer and needed all of the finishing work to be completed. Don was lightning fast in his communications. He got us on the schedule quickly, the job was done in the time frame we were given AND on budget. Looks great!! Couldn't be happier!!

We’re very happy with the work that 3 rivers performed for us. Don was very professional and reasonable. James also was awesome. He was very professional and attentive. Both were very nice to deal with. James did everything exceptionally. We would definitely use them again.

Don at 3Rivers really came to our rescue. We are in a horrible situation with a bad flip and Don came out and prepared detailed documentation for the work we need. He was quick, responsive, and very knowledgeable. Not happy about our situation but I am glad that there are contractors out there like Don that are willing to work with us to make things right and really care about the quality of work. I own an old home and had major damage to two very large ceilings. It took over 2 years to find and repair the leaks. Once the leak was repaired I needed them repaired/replaced but wanted to keep thee existing crown molding. I also wanted the work done prior to a large party I was holding in less than a month away.

I received several estimates but only 3Rivers was able to meet my timelines and the best part - was the lowest estimate.

The work was flawless. The team showed up everyday and cleaned up every night. The estimate was 5 days and it took them exactly 5 days. Amazing.

I have owned many homes and rental properties over the last 30 years and found 3Rivers to be the best. They are professional, payments were automated and stayed in touch with me the entire time to make sure I was happy with the work. I can't say enough good things about them

I had a great experience with Josh and the whole team. They communicated all of what was being done and were incredibly clean. We used 3Rivers General Contracting to remodel our whole basement and a spare bedroom. We will definitely reach out to them again for any future projects.

Absolutely appalling and unprofessional. Man came to the door introduced himself as Josh. Told him go ahead and take some pictures of the property. He asked if I found everything okay. I voiced my concerns and how angry I was with him. After expressing how upset I was with him. He smiles and expressing he doesn’t know what I’m talking about. After my wife asked his name and business card he had the audacity to lie and say his name was Steve and did not have a business card while a seven month minor was present in the room. I felt extremely uncomfortable and called him out asking his real name. Please be aware and care with him around your family. Gave me a feeling that he had an alternative motive. Come to find out Josh is the ceo of this company also a GC to company called American avenue also referred to SFR3-030, etc. One of the 50 other DBAS/LLCs tied to the company American avenue. After voicing concerns relating to water pouring down the 2 story home into the kitchen 1st floor light during a rain story. Took video of issues and relayed it to “his team”. Did not have anyone show up for around 4 weeks. After showing up unannounced with 5 vans unmarked (only a 7 month child and women home). I have never dealt with something like this and it bothers me. PLEASE BE AWARE, JOSH HAS LIED ABOUT IDENTITY.

I recently employed 3 Rivers Contracting to update a second bath in an old home. Not only did they accomplish the job beautifully and impeccably, they were also a joy to work with. The recommendations made by Donald F. and the work carried out and seen to fruition by James turned out to be no less than a small masterpiece. We are very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend them.

I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by my experience with Josh, who is apparently the CEO of 3Rivers General Contracting. Josh is also employed by SFR3 dba American Ave. (also associated with SFR3 Properties and numerous other DBAs/LLCs). Josh has ignored the water damage and growth in our home that is also affecting electrical though out the living space in our home.

When Josh arrived at our home, he introduced himself, but his demeanor quickly raised red flags. We expressed serious concerns about ongoing issues in our home, including water pouring from our two-story property into the kitchen’s first-floor light during a rainstorm (active leak ongoing 2 months now).
Instead of addressing these urgent matters, Josh dismissed my concerns with a smile, claiming he didn’t understand what I was upset about.

To make matters worse, when I asked for his name and business card to follow up, he blatantly lied to my face, stating his name was Steve and claiming he had no business card. This occurred in the presence of my seven-month-old child, which made his deceitful behavior even more unsettling. When I pressed him for his real identity, he became evasive, leaving me feeling unsafe and questioning his intentions. It was only later that I discovered he was, in fact, Josh, this company’s CEO.

Josh’s lack of professionalism extended to his refusal to engage with the issues in our home. He didn’t even bother to go upstairs to inspect the reported problems, opting instead to leave without taking any meaningful action. He claimed to have sent videos of the issues to “his team,” but no one followed up for nearly 5 weeks. When someone finally did show up, it was unannounced, with five unmarked vans arriving at our home while only my infant and I were present(a woman)—an intimidating and unacceptable situation.

This experience has been nothing short of appalling. Josh’s dishonesty, disregard for our home’s serious issues, and unprofessionalism makes this a company I strongly advise against using. I felt disrespected, unsafe, and ignored, and I would give them a one-star rating without hesitation. Please be CAUTIOUS and consider other options for your home repair needs!!
