Excellent all around. Friendly and accommodating local family business able to handle small or large projects and routine lawn maintenance. They cut our grass, edge and mulch beds and do spring cleanup and they're the BEST in the area. I shopped around tirelessly and the Kolton team stands apart. Very fair prices for reliable top quality service too. Highly recommended.

Attempted to utilize Kolton Landscaping for some outdoor gravel installation & mulch work. After stopping out to view the property, they never provided a quote for the services requested and failed to let us know that they were not interested in the job until I reached out several times requesting an update on their pricing. Don't waste your time on this company - move on to somebody who actually wants to work.

The Kolton Landscaping team did an amazing job, transitioning my yard from drab to fab! Geoff made the order process easy, and his guys took care of everything. In a little less than an afternoon, my yard was fully cleaned up! All yard debris was removed, edging was reinstated, and a high quality mulch was spread evenly throughout my garden beds! I was extremely satisfied with their work & attention to detail. I will be recommending Geoff and his team to my family, friends and colleagues for all of their landscaping needs! There's no one better! 5 stars!

We had a tree in our backyard that was dying. The Kolton crew came, and within a few days, they made an assessment, told us what to expect, and gave us a quote. The quote was below what we imagined, but beyond that, the service was excellent! They were on time, respectful of my yard and our neighbors, and did an excellent job. Their work speaks for it's self but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this amazing company!!

Kolton is one of the best landscape contractors in the area. I have used them at my home for lawn service and asphalting. All work is exceptional. Communication from start to finish has been great. They put a plan in place after discussing my needs and follow through. Pricing is very fair. They also maintain a 350-home community near me. Beautiful and meticulous landscaping. You can't go wrong with Kolton.

I purchased my first home in Bellevue in April 2018 which came with a set of poorly maintained and leaky box gutters. After calling around to several businesses(including the Home Depot) Frontiers Contractors was the only place that would repair our gutters. Joe from the company had previously left a business card in our screen door when he was on our street fixing something at another house.

In less then a year I was able to have my box gutters relined and about a foot of missing soffits replaced. Joe and Floyd made the repairs in the spring and due to wet weather had to return several times to repatch certain areas due to leaking after heavy rainfall. All is good now and the box gutters are now functioning properly. I would recommend this company and look forward to having them put a new roof on for me when the time comes. There was no running around and the roofers were prompt and explained things to me that I did not understand.

I am removing one start because the office manager Debra was rude and loud with me on the phone when I was inquiring about my bill. Aside from her less then kind tone I would say this was a great experience as she too was quick to reply to emails and answer questions as well.
