Love, Love, LOVE my new wall and sidewalks. Guys were prompt, hard working, and put the hustle on. Every night the neighbors ooh & ahh over how absolutely gorgeous our curb appeal is now. Highly recommend.

We had to replace our water and gas line and decided to start fresh and run everything up a new driveway. CHC did an amazing job, helping us coordinated with a plumber (Pawlak, also great), a gas guy and PWSA (surprisingly did their part on time). The final result looked excellent and we now have a new driveway, gas and water lines. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new driveway, especially if the job is complicated.

My husband and I met Pete at the Home show in Pittsburgh great guy. My husband Jay call Pete when we were ready for him to give us and estimate for the concrete job. The job was priced fair and looks amazing. These guy's worked hard and had my patio and side walk done in least then a week. Will hire them again GREAT JOB!!!!

CHC Construction did a fantastic job rebuilding my retaining wall, from the initial visit from Pete providing me his knowledge on what needs to be done with the rebuild, to his employees doing a great job, and Tracey following through with the contract. Everything was professionally done. What I appreciated was the constant communication I had with everyone. I would not hesitate to use CHC Construction again for any work they do that I may need done.

Completed a garage add on to our 1942 house. They did a great job, communicated regularly, kept the work site clean, discussed any issues right away. Would definitely recommend.

This is a character reference for Michael. While on our street, Michael accidentally hit our mailbox. He knocked on the door right away to apologize and to let us know what happened. He promised to return the next day to fix it. The next day, he showed up with a completely new mailbox and wooden post. He worked for over an hour to make sure it was fixed right. Our mailbox has been hit many times over the years and usually, the driver never stops. Michael was honest, trustworthy, and adamant about fixing the mailbox. He made it better than it was before this happened!

Mike and his team did excellent work. They removed my old concrete porch that was crumbling and rebuilt it better than before with a new and improved landing. Also replaced a sidewalk of pavers with a new concrete sidewalk which they widened and raised; they added dirt and planted grass when they were finished. The job exceeded my expectations immensely. They were friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Three Cross Construction did some interior home renovations--2 bathrooms, some ceiling repairs, painting and ceiling fan installations. They did amazing work! They were so nice to work with, they are professional, they started and completed the job on the promised timeline, they show up and stay until the work is done. Like a breath of fresh air to work with such professionals. We will definitely be using them again for future home needs.

We hired TCC for a remodel of our master bathroom. Our previous bathroom was original to the home from 1935, so this project required experience working with older homes and construction methods.

The TCC team was fantastic from start to finish. Our bathroom required new plumbing/insulation/subfloor/tile/outlets - all of which were installed with precision and using the generally accepted best methods (e.g. Schluter tiled shower system). Whilst we picked our own design and fixtures, the TCC team helped us configure everything to our preference and finalize minor details as we went. They also proposed a few accents which made the most of our space.

The TCC team is very organized and respectful. My SO and I both work from home, so this was very important for us. Daily and weekly plans were always communicated to us, they cleaned up every evening after work, noise was never a distraction.

I would recommend this group to anyone and we plan to use them in the future for other projects.

I have to compliment and thank Mike and his team on multiple fronts. First, he leads a team that is completely professional, friendly, and responsive. We had them open up a basement hallway and convert a "Pittsburgh potty" into a full-bath. Mike always kept us updated and in-the-loop on the progress throughout the project. They did meticulous work and handled all the road-blocks that come with updating an old home with a "can-do" mentality. From the rough construction to the finishing work they paid attention to every detail. Each day they cleaned up the space to be as minimally intrusive as possible throughout the project. Thanks for all your good work and we'll certainly use them for additional projects down the line.

We worked with Three Cross Construction on a side porch to home office renovation. TCC did a great job with helping us design the space and choose products that would maintain the integrity of our home. The crew was hard working and incredibly respectful of our space as they were in and out of our home. TCC was honest and responsive to all of our questions throughout the process. Michael was great to work with from start to finish. He has a very professional demeanor that gave me confidence he takes his craft seriously as our first walk through took about an hour going over every detail of my remodel preferences, down to the lighting array and light switch functions. I was pleased with his communication before, during, and after the project because he checked in to provide me with updates and gave me advance warning for any unforeseen issues that will need to be resolved, while offering solutions. They did an incredible job! Amit was recommended to me by someone who flips property as the best contractor they know. He did a complete kitchen remodel for us (all new cabinets, flooring, ceiling, lighting, appliances, etc). He showed up everyday on time. Got the job done on time with precision. He even did a few extra projects for us that weren’t included in the scope — and didnt charge us extra. We are planning on having him remodel our bathroom next. 10/10 would recommend him as a person and a contractor!
