Clay Building Solutions tore up our carpet and put in new hardwood flooring! We are so pleased with the final product and will definitely be using this company again for future projects! The owner was very professional, precise, and friendly!!!! Also, the rates were VERY reasonable compared to other competitors.

Josh and his team is very professional, kind and respectful to my house. He provided solid recommendations with different options to choose from. The job is done very well. Now we have a beautiful new slide-in pocket door and a decent new room with installed insulation. Definitely recommend!

Josh did a complete renovation of our kitchen. Removed all the old layers of flooring, leveled the floor, installed a heated floor. All new cabinets, countertops, lights, appliances. Josh was very professional and everything was done perfectly. He was able to do things other companies either said they couldn’t or were charging much more for. Would recommend to anyone needing anything done.

Clay Building Solutions did a complete remodel of the basement in our home. The scope of the project included an office and laundry/storage room that required a new electrical box, new lighting, framing, drywall and painting. Josh and Brandon were professional and responsive. They kept us informed and offered useful suggestions. They also did extra repairs to previous bad wiring, moving water lines to better locations and finishing a window. They went out of their way to be non-disruptive and respectful of our home. At our request they wore N95 masks as my husband is high risk. I strongly recommend Clay Building Solutions for any remodeling project. Their work is wonderful and completed on time. It was a bonus that both Josh and Brandon are really great guys.

Josh at Clay Building Solutions was a huge help to me with my home renovation. Having an old house, new modern look products don't always fit like they should. While redoing my bathroom I wanted a full glass shower door. The door did not fit my opening like I intended and gave up. Josh was able to come in and analyze the situation using his critical thinking skills to come up with a solution for me. After providing me with a fair estimate for what it would cost to get this done , Josh scheduled a time to come out. Josh is very open with communication and answers all forms (call, text, email, etc.) to make sure you are aware of changes to his timeline. The job turned out great, my shower door looks like it was made for this opening and will look that way for years to come with this professional installation. I will be sure to use Josh for future jobs at my house, and would recommend him to others as well.

Very happy with our new porches! Front porch was a replacement and back porch had the floor raised and was enclosed. Josh did a great job and we really appreciate all of his hard work!

They remediated the lead-paint contaminated soil around the porch, removed the old structure, and rebuilt the porch to support the front roof according to my engineer's plans. I was very pleased with the result, and impressed by the hard work and professionalism of everyone in the company. The crew who worked on my house showed up early in the morning every day, worked hard, and left the job site clean. Although we had some bumps along the way due to the city's permitting system, Shawn guided us through and the porch passed all the inspections along the way. Shawn & his crew did a lot of remodeling and a new roof on my home last summer. His crews were great & they were working in 100 degree heat.
They did new doors sealed & waterproofed the basement, gave us new concrete steps ,repaired a retaining wall and installed new electrical box meter & the wire to the pole
