Very helpful, but very busy.

I saw a mouse die in the middle of the aisle here unfortunately.

It was Free Kids project day and my grand daughter loves going. Thank you Home Depot for having this for the kids.

Did a pick up in store order online. Got a text it was ready for pick up. The people at the store couldn't find my stuff and wouldn't let me just go grab one off the shelf even though it was only like 5 feet away. Had to wait over 20 minutes and finally just told them to cancel my order and went and bought it myself.

I haven't shopped in this location, but called in for pricing and installation information for a 40 gallon hot water heater. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed help in price comparisons.

They have a better selection than some home depots but customer service is lacking. Walked back and forth looking for a shopping cart the last time I came here, walked passed 3 employees on their phones, they couldn't care less about a customer needing help.

As a moderately knowledgeable home owner, I wanted fix my leaky tub faucet. I figured out part of the job but went to Home Depot needing both parts and tips because I had run into issues I didn't understand. I grabbed on customer service guy in plumbing who realized my question was a bit beyond him so he quickly found Dennis as the real plumbing expert. Dennis helped me through the step of what special tool I need to remove the stem. I returned later the same day with the stem frozen to the chrome cowling. Dennis took it into his shop and struggled but successfully separated the two parts. He then helped me select the right replacement stem. The rest of the install went smoothly and I am a happy camper.

I could not have done it without the expert guidance and extra effort. I tip my cap to Dennis!

Had a pickup order that was split into multiple parts (some stuff was in stock in the store, and some was being shipped on separate days through separate shipping services). There was some technical issue that made the items appear as though they'd been picked up when they hadn't. The staff in the customer service counter was able to deal with it all 3 times I was there and were very quick about doing it. I spend all day dealing with technical issues, so I always appreciate what a pain it is and how well they handled it. Great staff

Josh was extremely nice and professional. We had unique/custom shower door that we were having a really hard time finding someone to properly install for us. Josh came over and completed the task in less than a day. He was extremely efficient and pleasant and he did an amazing job! The shower looks great!
