The whole team was professional, reliable, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. We had an excellent experience working with Brad and his team at Stone & Timber Development on electrical, plumbing and laundry upgrades for an investment property managed by Riva Ridge. The scheduling and coordination of work was a breeze and the team delivered high quality work on this project in a matter of days at a very reasonable price. We would recommend them for any home project needs and plan to partner with them in the future on larger renovation projects at our properties.

Martin did a great job finishing some drywall and putting floors and baseboards in. His prices were reasonable and he was there working when he said he would.

Our son's home in Pittsburgh recently sustained some significant water damage requiring drywall and trim replacement on both the main floor and in the basement, finishing and painting, as well as a new stair rail to the upstairs. We live in western NY, and had do idea where to begin, so did an online search for contractors. Unique Contractors popped up in that search, so we gave them a call. Martin & Ophelia met my husband at the house to take a look at the damage. We received their estimate within 24 hours.
Martin did an excellent job with everything! Both the finish work and the painting blend in seamlessly with the existing walls, so that you would never know there had been any damage. He completed the work quickly and efficiently, and left the house in tip-top shape. He even did a couple of extra small things and did not charge extra.
Ophelia was also wonderful to work with, and handled all communication very well. Their estimate was concise, listing the tasks to be completed and the costs involved up front. The price was fair and reasonable. Overall, we would definitely call Unique Contractors again if needed, and would highly recommend their services! They were a true blessing! John 3:16

Martin does wonderful work. He repaired part of a drywall ceiling and retextured it.The ceiling has a unique texture, which is almost impossible to match, and, now, it's impossible to see a difference between Martin's work and the original. He re-grouted my shower, and the lines are perfect. He did finish work with baseboards and trim, which, again, is so cleanly cut and matched to the spaces. I have never found a contractor who is so talented, fairly priced, and kind. I highly recommend this company.

Martin and Ofelia are wonderful contractors. They are honest, dependable and super hard-working. I've hired them multiple times over the past 3 years to help me with apartment turn-overs, repairs and renovations.

Ofelia is the "interface" -- she gives the estimates, billing information and work completion timelines. She will reach out if there are questions or choices that have to be made. Martin is the "talent" -- he has an incredible range of skills for both interior and exterior work. Those talents include drywall, painting, floor tile replacement, doorway frame/door/window/ stairwell and cabinet repairs, light fixture installation, lock replacement, wood floor repairs, window blind installation, metal railing repair, brick and cement work, and more.

I was impressed during a recent turnover with Martin's sheer "artistry," and high standard of craft. We had a pipe leak emergency that required the plumber to power-saw through white, bathroom floor "subway" tiles to get to the pipes -- this created a large, gaping, irregular hole. I hated to lose an entire bathroom floor of these classic subway tiles, which were decades old. After shoring up the floor support, Martin was able to hunt down and nearly match these long-discontinued tiles, and then seamlessly cement them into what had been an impossibly jagged, uneven hole.

I've also appreciated Martin's ability to improvise with materials at hand. After removing some old carpeting, we discovered that the floor underneath had multiple holes and indentations. Martin was able to use floor cement, wood and metal pieces to "even out" the floor so that new carpeting could be properly installed on a flat, even surface.

Ofelia sometimes joins Martin (and helpers) on these projects. Her skills are top-notch as well. It should also be noted that they are meticulous in their clean-up of dust, dirt, materials, etc., which reassures tenants that we both respect their space, and appreciate their cooperation.

They took down my drop ceiling in 2 rooms, installed drywall, and inserted recessed lighting. It gave the whole space a face-lift and looks amazing. Highly recommend

On time, very clean (laid down covers prior to starting work). Took his shoes off prior to entering the home. Was very meticulous about his work. He took his time and did it right. He cleaned up when done, you would never know anyone was doing work in my home.

I gave this company five stars as I am so completely satisfied with their work. I originally hired them to patch the wall where
the medicine cabinet had been removed. Martin did such an impeccable job on this that I hired him to finish my project, remove the old wallpaper, paint the walls and ceiling, install new light fixtures and rehang the vanity mirrors. All of this Martin did with extreme care and professionalism. I highly recommend this company.

Martin is the best! He has done several jobs for me, including remodeling, drywall repair, plumbing, and electrical. He is very knowledgeable. Martin takes pride in his work. Terra has been wonderful to work with and has a great eye for design and kitchen functionality. The cabinets are beautiful and were priced well below other places we looked. We are very happy with the product and service we received from Terra and BKG.

BKG was fabulous from start to finish!!! Taylor was amazing and kept us up to date through out this pandemic! I feel that she went above and beyond! The quality of the cabinets is amazing and the variety of colors was excellent! I highly recommend BKG! Thank you Taylor for everything!!!

We went around to alot of kitchen and granite places and most of their people were a bit standoffish but BKG wasn't. Their showroom isn't the biggest but have alot of options and colors to see. The people (Terra) working at the South Hills location were great and worked with us. As any home improvement projects there were some hiccups but they were able to adjust and get everything back on track.

Their contractors were on time and finished in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend them if you are about to tackle a home renovation!

I went through the design process with Taylor at BKG Design and she created a nice 3D rendering of what my kitchen would like. The quote was priced under the other companies I visited/ got quotes from. The installation went smooth and I'm happy with the new kitchen.
