My husband and I recently had our kitchen designed by Taylor, who made the experience very easy and designed our new kitchen the way we wanted it without pushing this or that on us. We told her what we wanted, how we wanted it and she created it in a simple transaction, we absolutely love our new cabinets. The only thing in our opinion that was an issue was the delivery, only 2 days a week ( Tuesday and Thursday ) makes it a little rough for people, for the customers there should be more options/flexibility but DO NOT let that stop you from going there, they are absolutely great and we can not be any more pleased.

We are so thrilled with our new kitchen from BKG! Terra was so professional and helpful during the entire kitchen renovation project. Our cabinets are just beautiful and it's the kitchen we dreamed of at a wonderful price! We researched several companies, but decided on BKG for the quality, price and attentive staff! The installers were ontime, hard workers and very professional as well! We would highly recommend BKG to our family, friends or anyone else who is in the market for a new kitchen. We are 100% satisfied with the look and feel of our kitchen and glad we chose BKG!

The quartz counter top and wood cabinets cannot be matched anywhere else! They worked with us to meet all our needs. BKG Design is a great company to use when remodeling your kitchen! We purchased the quality cabinets and installed them ourselves. The price was reasonable and the options were endless. Noelle's professional advice helped in narrowing those options and was patient in designing our kitchen. We are very satisfied with the results. Noelle and her team provided excellent customer service throughout the process. I would highly recommend BKG!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Noelle. Noelle is VERY knowledgeable and very easy to contact by phone and/or email. We provided the layout and measurements, and Noelle provided a rendering of our kitchen using our new cabinets. Pricing was also pretty reasonable! It cost the same to replace all cabinets and buy new granite countertops than to have another company paint just our cabinets.
We just received our cabinets last week and they are high quality.
Two of our cousins have used BKG, and soon my uncle will. We will definitely be using them for future home remodeling.

My remodeling company has been using BKG design for about 7 yrs. Terra is fantastic and my customers love her. Their cabinets are reasonably priced and good quality. They have many options to pick from to make your kitchen or bathroom beautiful and up to date. We are very please with the service we get from them and will be using them for the foreseeable future.

We would definitely recommend BKG. We worked with Noelle who did a great job helping us with our custom kitchen cabinet and countertop design. She was friendly, responsive, and very knowledgeable. We feel the cabinets were a great value and everything arrived promptly and on-schedule.

We worked with Terra to design our kitchen from scratch, and we're very pleased with the results. Their showroom is relatively small, but they have all the essentials and we were able to find all the finishes we had in mind. They had no problem lending us samples to take with us to pick out counters and tile, which was really helpful. The design process was painless, and the solid wood cabinets are very well made. We had our own contractor do the installation, and he had no issues following the plans supplied by BKG. Plus, the cabinet cost was significantly less expensive than quotes we received from other companies. We would not hesitate to use BKG again.

We hired BK&G Design to remodel our existing kitchen layout, and add a large island to accommodate our desire to not trip over one another while cooking. The BK&G team of employees are wonderful to work with. From the planning stage to the cabinet and countertop decisions, we have been met with such professional and knowledgeable people.

Our designer, Taylor, blew us away by her actually listening to what we needed verse what is trendy. Her attention to detail is amazing. She brought creative, but functional suggestions to our design ideas. The installation crew were kind, respectful and very knowledgeable, and meticulous with the cabinet install.

We are completely impressed with the high-level of services without the high-level prices. We have received TONS of compliments on our new kitchen, and wholeheartedly recommend calling and meeting with BK&G.

Taylor was our kitchen designer at BKG and she was awesome to work with. This was our first major project and just thinking about it was overwhelming. She explained all the options of cabinets and countertops and we browsed the South Hills showroom with no pressure. She was attentive to all our questions. We had a diagram of our kitchen and she provided us with renderings which we tweaked together via email to our final plan. We removed our old cabinets and BKG was right on schedule to install the new ones. The installers were professional and did a great job. The quality of the cabinets was exceptional. We would highly recommend BKG Design for your next project!

My wife and I were going to spend thousands more with a big box company. Taylor worked closely with my wife and I to come up with the best solution for our space. The cabinets were exactly what we wanted and at a great price. We installed them ourself without any issues.

We used BKG for a recent house flip our construction company did for a client of ours. Their contractor series cabinet offered a much higher quality cabinet than found at the big box stores at a fair price. The experience was simple and easy. I'd highly recommend!

I have been working with Bonnie from BKG for months on designing my dream kitchen! She has made it very smooth and easy from design and layout to picking out colors. They were wonderful and even let me change out a cabinet last minute with ease. I can't say enough about Bonnie and her wonderful work! I would recommend working with her and BKG to anyone!

BKG Design assisted me in a kitchen project for my new home. Completing measurements and planning the design with the help of employees was straightforward. Anytime I had questions or concerns, I got a quick, helpful, and personal response from a professional. My kitchen cabinets and countertop turned out beautiful and was very affordable as a first-time homeowner. I am very grateful to have found BKG Designs, and I thank them for their help!

Don't buy from this Company unless you want to be talked to like you or your business don't matter.Maybe because am a woman and am black. Order was delayed! No apologies or any assurance after 1month and few days .. they don't fellow up as soon as you pay you are on your own. I can't even cancel my order despite the fact that I was told all my orders would be ready in 2weeks. Beware!!! Update - I was called to pick up and its damaged. Beware!

I recently purchased kitchen cabinets from Bonnie at BKG Designs. I took a sample of the finish I wanted and from there the purchase was painless. Bonnie was an excellent help in every step of the process. Changes were never received as a bother, scheduling was set to my availability, and the quality of cabinetry was exactly what I was wanting. And on top of that the price was extremely fair and reasonable. I recently referred a close friend of mine to Bonnie in hopes to have as great as experience as I had. Thank you BKG for a gorgeous kitchen.

I hired Dave and his team at BKG Designs to remodel my kitchen. Bonnie was my designer and was very nice and helpful. The project started at the beginning of January. After hiring Dave I soon found out that his company outsources his jobs to subcontractors/third party. The first set of subcontractors were a group of men who did the demolition portion of the project. They quickly completed the demo in one day. The only minor issue I had with this team was we had a language barrier and I had a hard time understanding and conversing with them. The next subcontractor I had, Ron and his crew, were not professional at all. Ron and his crew were hired to do most of the work such as drywalling, painting and floor install. All the work they did was done carelessly and sloppy. The cabinets arrived before Ron and his crew were finished with the sanding, painting and floor install so Dave hired a separate team to install the cabinets. My cabinet installers, Brandon and Tina, were very professional and did an amazing job installing my cabinets. The cabinets and countertop look very nice. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for Ron and his crew’s work. They did not show up some days and when they did, they never worked more than 4 hours. The quality of work I received did not come close to my expectations especially for what I had paid to have the work done. Even after weeks of voicing my concern over the issues I was having with Ron and his crew, not once did Dave come check on things. I had to ask to have a meeting set up with Dave just to be heard and taken seriously. After discussion with Dave, he had Ron and his crew removed from my remodel and I was told he has a few calls out to other contractors to fix and finish my kitchen. I did hear that he is having trouble getting contractors. I guess no other subcontractor was available to finish the job so Dave himself decided to complete the job. After fixing a few of the things, Dave said that he needed to come back another day to finish and that his office would call to schedule the appointment. It has been 4 weeks since then and I have not received a call. I assume I won’t at this point. In all it has been over 11 weeks without the completion of my kitchen. Needless to say, I do not recommend BKG Designs. I would recommend when searching for a kitchen remodel company please choose one that has its own installation team.

We saw BKG design ad on Facebook and emailed Shannon at the North Hills office. We gave her an idea of what we wanted and she got back to us right away with a quote. When we received the cabinets we were amazed at what great quality they were for the price. They arrived on time and we had them assembled already all we had to do was pick them up. The kitchen is going to look amazing because of these cabinets. Thanks to all at BKG!
