Tracy was great to work with. I called and emailed so much and thought for sure she would not return my messages. However, she returned calls and emails promptly and always made me feel comfortable reaching out. She was there every step of the way with ordering my cabinets and so happy with them.

Absolute worst experience ordering kitchen cabinets and a countertop I’ve ever had.

Not only did they completely mess up my measurements for my countertop, they BLAMED ME for the incorrect measurements.

I ordered my kitchen set back in November of 2024, and received my order in January of 2025. We immediately noticed the incorrect measurements with the countertop after installing the cabinets (that were also in a wrong configuration but we made work fortunately). Contacted the business to replace this incorrect piece just to be told I have to pay, in full, for another countertop. Given the circumstances, I demanded that they come out and measure this time.

This second countertop took 3 months to fulfill just to have the matching backsplash piece be a whole 4 inches too long. I’m not sure how they could have missed that when validating that they were the correct length, but I immediately reached out about it. It is now currently July 2025 and I STILL HAVE NO ONE TAKING CARE OF THIS from the business.

If you want your kitchen upgrade or remodel finished within a couple months, I plead you to stay away from this business. They have no idea what they are doing, nor do they even care that you are getting the right products. To think I thought it was a good idea to save a bit of money on kitchen cabinets and countertops compared to other businesses, I much rather would’ve paid the extra couple thousand to work with a competent business.

Our designer Bonnie worked with us on the redesign of our kitchen. Once the plan was finalized the cabinets arrived timely and the crew got to work. They removed old tile from the dining room and kitchen and replaced it with beautiful vinyl tiles. They removed a peninsula and added a coffee bar with sink. We went with a flat panel door that I absolutely love, as well as the granite countertops. I would recommend BKG to my friends and family.

Jamie was wonderful to work with. She helped with choose , paint colors light fixtures and wallpaper. Highly recommended!!!

Jamie was an absolute joy to work with. She listens closes and is very collaborative. In addition - she was definitely on top of the entire project from big picture to smallest detail. Looking forward to our next project together.

I've never had such a pleasant experience working with such a very professional person like Jamie who not only got to know a neighbor but really listened to my concerns and basic ideas I had to refresh our challenging wallpaper peeling 5 sq ft sore eye of a powder room into a more transitional modern feel that left us very happy! She kept me informed and especially was very budget conscious in all project phases. Her design and color experience far met my expectations that we plan to call upon her expertise for other outdated areas of our home!

Jamie helped us to transform our semi-finished basement into a beautiful, warm and appealing living space. All of our family and friends are amazed with it's inviting and relaxed atmosphere! Jamie was wonderful to work with and her attention to detail (space layout, electrical outlets, lighting, and cabinetry, etc.) are just of a few of the many areas in which she excels, ensuring that no detail is overlooked.

Jamie was suggested to us from a friend, for interior design of new construction. We couldn’t be happier with the results! Jamie presented ideas with a vision board and helped us through the process within our budget. She was always readily available for questions. I will look forward to working with Jamie again in the near future for additional projects:)

I had the pleasure of working with Jamie at Cassara Interiors this past spring into fall. She is very innovative, designing a new family room and remodeling my downstairs bath. People can't believe how beautiful everything turned out. Jamie includes you on all decision making from paint color, flooring, furniture, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie and use her again.

When I brought Jamie on board as my designer for a major kitchen and bath remodel, I initially saw her as a helpful addition. However, I quickly realized she was the most indispensable part of the entire project. Her expertise, meticulous planning, seamless communication with the contractors, and constant availability were all exceptional. She demonstrated true professionalism, and I firmly believe the project wouldn’t have been nearly as successful without her. In fact, I’m certain of it.
