I didn't use them to do the work needed because of how unprofessional and non-responsive they were. Needed to install 2 shut off values, contact Mongiovi because they handle the maintenance of the fire/sprinkler system within my HOA. After 30 days of me reaching out to them (over 6 times calls and emails) to get a technician out to look at the job, to get the actual quote and pricing, they quoted $600 for 2 shut off values. The other 2 quotes were between $150 & $250, so they were charging more than double. Which means they didn't want to do the job or just plain screw me over. Finally got the corrected quote, then one of the sons contacted me after I sent them an email about how poorly they handled this request. I had called the owner Rick twice and he didn't have the common courtesy to call me back. Wouldn't recommend using this company!!!

Brandon was fantastic! I called late in the day and he was out the very next morning. Brandon was very personable and easy to work with. He made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Top notch service! I couldn’t have asked for a nicer technician. On a separate occasion Neil was very professional and prompt. He took care of all our needs and was very thorough. Thanks Neil!!!

Mongiovi is a large, diverse company that I have worked with for ten years. I first started with using their plumbing division to help with plumbing repairs around my facilities. Things then evolved into having them conduct backflow, fire alarm, and sprinkler inspections. We are now also having them inspect our fire extinguishers, hood cleaning and Ansul systems. Each division is professional, responsive, and dedicated and in my opinion the best in the business. I have done my due diligence over the year by going to bid keeping things fair and by the book. Mongiovi has been the lowest priced company each time, and they provided the best quality of work. It doesn't matter the job or division; they take pride in their work and are dedicated to customers service. I've recommended Mongiovi to several of my friends who are business owners and they too have had the same experience. This an honest stand up company. They have helped me out with moment's notice on several occasions. Shout out to the Mongiovi team...Vinny, Pete, Adam, Chip! These guys are the best in the business. Thank you!

We own a local shop n save and Mongiovi & Sons have always been our go to shop for hood cleaning, plumbing, and fire extinguisher/ sprinkler inspections. They do great work and are always there to answer any questions. We have always had a pleasant experience.

Had leak in water line, coming into my house. Once they were authorized by my homeowners association, they were here immediately, and worked after darkness, with lighting, until job was done. They were very kind and helpful with regard to the water coming into basement. I can't comment on price, since my HOA was handling that, but judging from other reviews it sounds like they are very good in that category, too. I was very thankful that they handled this job.

Professionalism is an understatement. I’ve worked with Adam multiple times for multiple businesses that I am partnered with. I’ve never had a problem with their quality of service or getting answers to questions. When it comes to restaurant hood cleanings and inspections, the team at Mongiovi & Son is top notch and I highly recommend them!

Called to get a quote on installing my kitchen backsplash. Was very nice and scheduled an appointment for the next day to look at the project and quote. Was on time and very nice in person and left me with a quote. I called the next day and left a message that I wanted to set up a date and time to do the installation. After several calls and messages I never heard back so I gave up. Based on my experience I would not recommend. It’s very unprofessional to not at least return calls, if you were not interested in the job all you had to do was say so.

TW was fair in price.. He remodeled my bathroom with subway tile. Precision work with marble floor and tile walls. He was flexible in installing additional items like exhaust fan and new fixtures. Highly recommend. Deb in the East End

Tim put his heart and soul into our entryway, kitchen floor, and bathroom. The jobs were done right and the price was incomparable to other bids we were given. He does exceptional work and in a timely manor. Definitely recommended!!

Tim is very knowledgeable and experienced. He did an excellent job with our shower tile! He was professional and polite, we will use him again. Reasonable price as well.
