I had to get a new furnace and ac because my furnace went bad on December 4, 2024. I got some estimates and most of them was high and I felt like I was getting gouged because of the time of the year. So I found Cameron Property Solutions on the web and read his reviews and they didn't have any reviews under 5 stars so I got them to come and give me an estimate. Tom Cameron came and explained everything to me and told me what I needed and he told me the furnace and ac that I had installed 15 years ago was too big for my house. The price that he quoted me was fantastic and I felt like HE wasn't out to gouge me so he put my furnace and ac in. I got his estimate on December 16, 2024 I called him the next day and he had the furnace an ac installed on December 19, 2024. The two young men Matthew (Tom's son) an Nate installed our furnace and ac did one OUTSTANDING job and they was very polite and made sure everything was done right and when they left everything was cleaned up. To Tom, Matthew and Nate if could give you more that 5 stars I would. THANK YOU.

We had an amazing experience with Cameron Property Solutions! Our furnace stopped working over the weekend and Tom sent Michael out within an hour. We were back up and running about an hour after that. Both guys were professional and prompt to deal with. Michael kept us abreast of what was going on and we really felt like we were dealing with someone who was honest, reliable and super competent. Best of all, they were affordable too. We can’t wait to use these guys again in the future!

Tom and his family are fantastic to work with. My furnace died on a particularly cold week and they were able to replace it quickly and affordably. I cannot say enough good things about these people and their business.

I have been a customer for years and they always do a great job servicing our HVAC system in the fall and spring. Tom was the first technician I had in my home. As his company has grown, he has sent in other techs and I have been comfortable with all of them.
Prices are very reasonable, they do a thorough job and explain issues in a way that can be understood. I’ve had Cameron Property Solutions do other small non HVAC jobs for me in the past, but I am not sure how much of that they still do?

We were having trouble getting our heat to stay at the set temperature. Tom was great! We called him in the morning and he was at our house taking care of our issue within a couple hours. Tom was thorough and respectful! Took his shoes off right away and answered all of my questions. He provided us all the information we needed to make our decision on what to do and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Recently, my A/C stopped working. I made a service appointment (for the next day between 8am-10am) using their online scheduler. I have to admit, I was a little concerned since I didn't actually speak with anyone but, the technician showed up a few minutes after 8am. Ethan was very professional, knowledgeable and a nice guy. He figured out the problem, fixed it and changed the thermostat all in less than 2 hours.
