I hired the company to replace a small concrete deck that was eroding with a wood deck at a cost of roughly $6000. It took about a YEAR for him TO START THE JOB. The finished project had several code violations that did not pass the initial inspection. In my opinion, it looked horrible. Chad said he could correct all the violations, some at an ADDITIONAL COST to me, which I declined. I felt I wasted enough money and lost trust in his skills for this type of project. I had the new deck removed. I'd give no stars if I could.

After coming out to do an estimate, I never heard back. No email, no phone call, nothing! I had about 30k in repairs needing done due to a watermain break and flooding our basement. They took like 4 or 5 pictures, and that was it. If not even a courtesy call to say they cant do it, then the work must be the same quality. Would not recommend wasting time to call.

Efficiently and professionally performed structural repairs to a mixed-use building on the southside of Pittsburgh. They were flexible and met with our structural engineer when requested. Pricing was competitive and they were not deterred to work in a hard to access, cramped basement. The job was finished timely and they stuck with the job until the punch list for completed.
