Excellent assistance from an informed staff! The painting was completed neatly and skillfully. Our home's air quality much improved after the dryer vent and air ducts were cleaned. The mold eradication procedure was finished efficiently and on time. The chimney sweep was efficient and tidy, and the masonry contractor did an excellent job. Termite and pest treatment made us feel more comfortable. After cleaning the gas fireplace and wood stove, everything felt like new. The attic insulation instantly improved comfort. We brought in JL Home Builders to tackle 3 modest projects (garage interior wall/ceiling repair, powder room fix-up, and extensive drywall patching) which together added up to a decent size project. Communications with Phil, Mike and Justin were solid, the crew did great work, and we were very pleased with the final results. We would certainly hire them again for general home remodeling and construction.

Just had JL Home Builders finish my basement. They did a great job. Had a few contractors come out before contacting this company, and I can say that just the process of getting started was so much better with JL Home Builders. They were willing to work with me on any idea I had for the space. They gave me a time by which they would complete the project and met it. They were the only contractor who came in and mentioned verifying that the existing furnace would be able to handle heating the additional space, which gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. Everyone was very polite and conscientious of trying to keep the rest of my home as clean as possible.

I cannot say enough good things about JL Homebuilders. They completed a full restoration of my two-bedroom condo, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.

Justin and his team did an incredible job renovating my home. They completely transformed my kitchen, removing the old bulkhead, moving the gas line, redoing the flooring, installing brand new cabinets, cutting/staining/installing beautiful butcher block counters, installing a new sink with new plumbing, and finishing it all with an incredible backsplash. The space feels brand new and far beyond what I imagined.

They also updated my bathroom, repaired water damage on my living room ceiling (my walls and ceiling have a very complex texture, and they matched it so perfectly you’d never know there was ever a leak), changed out my light fixtures, and installed new front, basement, and screen doors with excellent attention to detail.

The crew was quick, reasonably priced, professional, and their craftsmanship is outstanding. They were easy to communicate with and clearly take pride in their work.

If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy renovation team, I can’t recommend Justin and his crew enough. 10/10 experience.

I have had several jobs done by JL Homebuilders and honestly I could not be happier with the work. I have had a new concrete walkway poured, new Hardibacker siding put on and painted, a new porch roof, and my entire attic insulated and drywalled. All of the works was great and the pricing was reasonable. I have recommended them many times and everyone that has used them has bent extremely happy with the work they had done.

Another contractor that we have been working with backed out at the last minute and within two days, Justin had a full crew here replacing our patio, driveway, and renovating our kitchen. I am in love with my new kitchen from JL HomeBuilders! When I bought my house I knew I wanted to remodel the kitchen immediately and I’m so glad I had JL do it. They did quality work at a reasonable price and were done in less than a month. It’s been a few weeks since they finished up and I still just find myself starring at it I'm so happy with how it turned out.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM THEY ARE EXPLOITING PEOPLE AND ESPECIALLY DURING THIS PANDEMIC. I needed to swap an electrical dryer outlet and the electrician that arrived said it does not seem like much work and went back in his truck for about 20 mins talking with his boss about my estimate. Came back with a $1,000 quote!! He told me I needed a ground wire but never mentioned anything when he first looked at it. Why send an electrician that can not give his own estimates but has to go have secret conversations in his truck about estimates? I called the owner and he started making up things such as the wires were rusty and old. The electrician never looked inside the wire coverings and he NEVER mentioned anything about rust to me. I feel sorry for anyone having a hard time during this pandemic and being scammed from their hard earned money. I found another electrician that can swap my outlet for less than $200.
