I was referred by a friend who has a great deal of HVAC experience. I was concerned about how they would treat a DIY person who is not a pro. This turned out to be a complete non-issue. Wow! Excellent experience cleaning dryer vents and air ducts with DDY. I live in Pittsburgh, and from the beginning to the end, Steven delivered outstanding service. He did a much-needed chimney repair, cleaned our dryer vents, and provided excellent pest control for our persistent attic mouse problem. There has been a discernible improvement since we had new attic insulation installed. Black mold near our furnace was removed thanks to their Mold Removal and Mold Remediation Service.
