I bought a laser measurement tool here and had it for a week. It stopped working for some reason, and I took it back. Not sure of the gentleman that helped me, but took the time to try to fix it, but eventually just swapped it for a new one. Excellent customer service.

I went there today to buy a six-pack of 6-inch can lights. I only bought the housing units for new construction. They were $90 and some cents. At Home Depot the exact same item is $37.80. I think I will be much more selective at what I buy at height electric company from now on

The absolute biggest waste of time and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced ever. We spent an entire hour while this guy gave us the most bs run around ever on supplies every single time he said he had something he would change his mind and say it wasn’t in stock but then proceed to tell us something else we needed was available about 6 separate times. We ended up getting NOTHING because every single ting he told us we could get which was 4 different kits he had nothing of and wasted an entire hour of our time.

I definitely recommend this company! They were able to come out the day I called and then provided me with a detailed quote via email which I really liked. They were then able to come do the work the following day. They were prompt and very professional. They even brought in their own broom
and shop-vac to clean up after themselves. They also wore masks when coming in my house without me asking which was a huge plus for me.

Hired BN Electric and Communications for electrical work on a recent kitchen renovation. From beginning to end it was a great experience; Butch came by to have an initial look, then gave me a scope of work a price range, all of which I was OK with. For the work he sent two guys from his crew, both of whom were professional and punctual -- they showed up on time and performed the work very neatly. At the end, the pricing was right where I was originally quoted, and I was very happy with the work. I would recommend BN Electric and Communications for any of your electrical needs.
