We had to have our knob and tub replaced. It was a huge job and Marc’s team was fantastic. We are so grateful for the work they did. Highly recommended.

This is the most unprofessional company you will ever come across. One of their drivers (he honestly seemed like he might have been drunk at the time) smashed into my parked car and drove up into my landscaping. I have photos and witnesses to the incident and they refused to pay the damages. On top of that their driver verbally assaulted me after destroying my property. Please do whatever you can to avoid them.

These men came up to michigan after a winter storm wiped out our power. And they went to work and bam have power now... thank you all.....

This company is dangerously incompetent. I would literally choose any other electrician available other than them.

Was at an intersection in town and heard the driver yelling obscenities: Makes the company look bad.
-
Very Expensive, at least not rude like the other kid we called!

I am 100% pleased with the work performed by Mark from Sargent electric. Mark was on time, professional, and extremely efficient in getting the job done. After he determined what the problem was, and explained to me what needed to be done, I was sure the job would be completed with no problems. Mark is truly an asset in representing your company.

So I was at the facility making a commercial delivery in a tractor trailer. They're located parallel to Liberty Avenue. If you're heading down Liberty Avenue towards downtown Pittsburgh you would make a right into their lat pull forward as far as you can and back into their loading dock. They do have a forklift and an operator there for your help. The day that I was there they were having a small party on the loading dock, after backing into the dock I walked into the building and saw that they had tables assembled in the unloading area to facilitate food for themselves as well as their guests. When I mentioned that I had a delivery, and said that I would wait for them to finish, they wouldn't hear of it period Three Men and mediately jumped up and move all of the tables jumped on the forklift and went into the back of the truck to remove the freight. I was impressed and very thankful! Thank you Sergeant liquor for making my stop a good one, you guys are the best!

Was passing a truck of this company on route 28 northbound earlier today and they threw a lit cigarette from the vehicle and onto the road. Not a good look for the company as a whole I would say - and I’m not going to keep them on any list for me to direct my business toward in the future.

We had lost power for 2 days due to a storm and had to have our wires reattached to our house. After booking an appointment with another contractor who called 8 hours after the scheduled appointment time and arrogantly said his rates just tripled due to high demand, we told him no thanks and decided to try someone else. Luckily I called Sargent Electric at 8:00 the next morning and after explaining our situation was told that even though they were booked solid for the week they would see what they could do. Within two hours they had someone come to our house and by noon the repair was completed at 15% of the price we had been quoted by the other contractor. The two electricians from Sargent were courteous and efficient and explained what they were doing and patiently answered our questions. They even called the next day to see if the electric company turned our power back on yet. After turning down the first contractor and then wondering whether we would be without power for a week, the utility turned it on the next day, thanks to Sargent Electric.

An electrician with a Sargent Electric Company truck was parked in the curb cut outside of WPH today. When I approached in my wheelchair and asked him to clear the ramp he shrugged and told me to go off of the curb and into traffic to cross the street. He proceeded to go back to work and ignore me. This forced me to take my chair off of the curb without the ramp and go around his truck into traffic that couldn't see me, putting me in danger because he couldn't be bothered to move so I could safely visit my kid in the hospital.

They seriously messed up my child support along with several other people I know. They took well over $3000 out of my checks alone, and not a dime went where it was supposed to.
They/their payroll/HR won't respond or answer. I still haven't paid stipends for phone use of over 4 months. Absolutely unacceptable disregard for integrity, the contract, and the men driving their work.
Look forward to knowing more. I will be sharing my experience with Sargent on a new platform daily until they contact me.
