A little confusion getting the cleaners scheduled for my apartment move out. But ultimately they got things done and done well. Definitely recommended.

PRC is just about the only company in the Pittsburgh area that was prompt with quotes and communication. They were great at answering questions and reachable!! Very friendly! Can't say much for the other companies -who let's a big job with a reputable business with hundreds of locations fall through the cracks? Anyway... worked out for us! They also did an amazing job with our strip and wax. We were fairly certain we were going to have to buy a carpet to cover a stain on our floor but they were able to remove it! I highly recommend PRC and we plan to do lots of business with them in the future!!

Pittsburgh Reliable Cleaning Services were the first cleaners we called for a quick move-out cleaning. We had a last minute emergency come up in which we needed some additional help and Pittsburgh Reliable Cleaning Services was so responsive and was able to come clean the next day! The two cleaners were so personable and did an amazing job! They spoke very highly of the company as well! The work they did went above anything we could have asked for! We will definitely be keeping their number for any future needs!

*revising after the errors were corrected and speaking with another one of the owners - Mike Hanley. The cleaners came back out and did a top notch job. Tina is one of the absolute best at communication and she is very kind. She and another cleaner (Mina) came back out and finished the job and made sure to correct any errors from the initial cleaning. Mike called and we resolved the matter and he was also extremely kind and understanding. This speaks volumes of some of the employees of this company - correcting the mistakes and resolving the matter in a professional manner. Thank you Tina and Mina for returning and exceeding my expectations.

I am 7 months pregnant and cleaning has become a little more difficult for me or I never would’ve reached out to this company. I was looking for help in the Pittsburgh area that was efficient and affordable for one of our new rentals. The cleaner I spoke with (Christina) was clear and communicated effectively and was very pleasant to work with. The one star review is mainly for the owner, Frank Polito. When I contacted him we had discussed cleaning services for a rental and he initially stated they would work with me at $40 an hour for reoccurring cleanings (for Airbnb). The next call he said they wouldn’t do the air bnb cleanings but would do the deep clean of the apartment for $50 an hour. We agreed upon this and I have it in writing - a text message from him. Fast forward to the cleaning being finished - four hours of cleaning and an invoice for $400 not including sales tax. I asked why it doubled and his wife stated it was $50 per hour per cleaner - which I was unaware of. Taking the price to $100 an hour without my knowledge. I asked her for clarification and she said she would have Frank call me. (No issues here, she wasn’t rude at all) I assumed it was a misunderstanding but fully intended on paying.

Frank called and was EXTREMELY rude. He began saying he has the same pitch to every customer and he was very clear it was $50 an hour for the deep clean. I explained that I understood but I wasn’t aware it was going to be multiple cleaners at $50 per person, per hour - making it $100 an hour. I never once stated that I would not pay the invoice, I was just looking for clarification from what we agreed upon. Frank immediately changed his tone and said “we can come to an agreement on price but we will never do work for you again”.

This caught me completely off guard, I was never rude to him, I was never rude to his employees or his wife. I asked why the price doubled because I didn’t know. Instead of coming to an understanding and just acknowledging that maybe he forgot to mention it would actually be $100 an hour, he immediately assumed I was trying to get out of paying for the service - because he is obviously not someone who makes mistakes and the only logical explanation was that I was trying to pull a fast one on him. Even though I have the message where he quoted me at $50 an hour and he never mentioned there would be more than one person (increasing the price). We are reliable and hardworking people and I really did not appreciate being talked to the way I was. The hostility was completely unnecessary and the conversation did not need to unfold the way it did. So no worries Frank, we don’t want you to do work for us again at any of our rentals and we will not recommend you to anyone else.

Note - We did pay in full for the services because I would never take money away from someone who completed a service for me. I’m sure the cleaners won’t see all of the $428 we paid but I wasn’t risking them not getting paid for their work. We live an hour away so when we finally were able to start moving stuff in the place was far from deep cleaned. I wasn’t going to write a review but after the way Frank treated me on the phone and after seeing what $428 gets you, I feel others should be aware. An apology would’ve been sufficient. he service was great. Emi (first contact) was friendly and enthusiastic when you book the service. The three cleaners Terrell, Aaron and Benjamin were friendly, easy to talk to and hard workers. They set to work on a 2 bedroom 2-1/2 bath 2- story home/apartent. They followed directions and made the place shine. Originally home was given to tenant with caked on grease and stained linoleum tops in kitchen and they were able to clean it off. The linoleum floors were sticky and despite wet mopping it still stuck. They were able to get the tackiness less sticky. The bathrooms were consistently getting mildew and water stains awere persistent and they got it cleaned. The dust and odd yellow liquid spotting on baseboards and certain doors were also cleaned well. About five hour job and probably would have been 6 hours but wrapped it up by tenant who were anxious to finish the close out. Amazing job and all with a smile. Thank you. I would recommend them.

Excellent cleaning services from an excellent crew. They were very professional from start to finish truly happy with the work they did for my store. We are now opening with a completely brand new look in our customers are absolutely loving it.

I relied on Pro House and Commercial Cleaning for home cleaning services during a hectic period. They polished hardwood floors to a warm glow, dusted blinds without bending slats, and sanitized countertops deeply. Laundry room organized, with washer exteriors cleaned. Their attention extended to baseboard wiping and fan blade dusting. The house smelled naturally fresh, not artificially scented. Efficient timing meant no long disruptions. Energy bills even dropped slightly from cleaner vents. Professionalism at its best for busy families.

Justin did more at our location then any other cleaner in the past... even in extreme cold temps he made the windows look great

I came across Central Window Cleaning through the association with my Chamber. Emil was excellent to work with, and when he came to see my job, he suggested he could help me with more than just my windows. Needless to say, he was 100% correct! Michael came the very next day and power-washed two patio areas, cleaned my gutters, and made all my windows sparkle. I am incredibly pleased with their service and will highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Had Central out to clean the gutters on my larger house. They were in and out in short order, did a great job, and the price was reasonable. Will be having them back out in the spring to pressure wash my house!

Just finished my window cleaning appointment with Justin. He did an excellent job and worked efficiently without rushing, and left absolutely no mess behind. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. I actually had a loose downspout on my back roof that he fixed while he was up there cleaning the windows! As long as he is with the company I plan to have them back for many summers to come. 5 stars!!!

We have used this company for our business. My staff complained to me about two things:
1) Quality of wash - after they finish they leave more dirt and water inside our store than before the wash.
2) Staff - my employees complained the wash person smells of weed and alcohol.

I called the Cleveland number who directed me to Pittsburgh. Connected with a certain Theresa Fisher who said she will cancel our service in March.

The same process repeats in March, I email her and she promises refund and total
silence till I call Cleveland who says they cannot help.

Hopefully a Google review will catch their attention.

Update - Apr 7th: I am curious how was the business approached with the offer. My contact information was already shared with the Helpdesk agent and emailed to the mentioned contact. I have not received any phone call or email as a follow up.
