I am saying this loud and clear: DO NOT hire this company for your holiday displays! 🎄❌

Here’s what happened to me: They set up my decorations and didn’t secure a single thing down. Then they refused to come back and fix it because I used my own lights and decorations instead of theirs. 🤯

They didn’t put down any electrical tape, they saw half the lights on my tree weren’t working and just left, they hooked up my snowman display backwards, and they didn’t connect the lights on the reindeer either! 🦌💡🙄

The only thing they managed to do right was put up my icicle lights on the roof and porch. That’s it. Everything else was a disaster. 😤

In the end, I had to pay a friend who actually knew what he was doing to fix their entire mess. So please, save yourself the headache and don’t use this company. ❄️🚫

This was my first experience with Central Window Cleaning...and I was not satisfied whatsoever. However, all that changed when Timothy arrived. He had excellent customer service and was professional throughout his stay. He completely did the work that the previous tech had ignored...and make the windows sparkle. Absolutely a fantastic job. If you're going to use this company...and you live in the Columbus area...ask for Timothy...no, insist on it...you wont regret it!!
