Great service, easy to work with for last minute appointments and very reasonable!

Don't ever use these people. I actually tipped them to be nice. They don't show up most of the time and do minimal work. I'm certain they stole from me. Sad especially after I was always so nice to Debbie no matter what. Being nice means that people take advantage of you.

I used KD's Klean ups for my home because they took Green Apple Barter points and I had points I needed to use. Sometimes they did an OK job, sometimes it was really poor (like "forgetting" a bathroom completely, not vacuuming or leaving the garbage bags from all over the house on the kitchen floor so the dog got into them and dragged garbage all over). But the biggest problem was the unreliability. Some weeks they would call the day they were supposed to come and cancel (last minute, no offer to come another day that week). Some weeks they would just not show up, without calling to let me know. If I called the office to find out what was going on, the manager would give me one of a few excuses - she was short staffed that week, she needed to come a different day or sometimes she would be surprised and tell me she'd look into it. One week she called the day they were supposed to come and left a message saying she had gotten fed up w/her staff and fired a bunch of them so she would be short staffed and couldn't come that day. The next week they didn't show - no call. That was it.

I do not recommend this service. The cleaning ladies are almost always AT LEAST 45 minutes late. When you call the office to find out what's going on, there is no answer or an excuse. I tried using them on 5-6 different occasions and there was always an issue. One particular cleaning lady, after arriving an hour late, argued with me about how she was on time and gave me an attitude the entire time! Do not use this service.

KD's Klean Ups has been cleaning my house for years and I love coming home to a clean house. Everybody who works for the company is kind and efficient. I would definitely recommend!

I can't comment on the quality of their work, they didn't do it.
I called and made an appointment for them to clean a house in prep for sale.
I was told someone would call to confirm the night before. They didn't, I called them and got an answering machine.
I called again on the morning they were scheduled for, answering machine again.
They called back and told me they would be at the house an hour after the scheduled time--OK--
Two hours after the time they said they would show-nothing --No show, no call.
I called them and canceled them--forever.
I also had to cancel the carpet cleaner (KD doesn't do carpet cleaning) that was scheduled to come after they were scheduled to do their job.

I have always been happy with this company. The owner strives for customer satisfaction and is very easy to work with. The pricing is very reasonable. The cleaning personnel are professional and pleasant. My house always looks and feels a little brighter after they have visited!

I have been using kd's clean ups for many years now and I find that they are dependable and it is so nice and fresh after they've been here. The manager is very accommodating if I have to switch my day. Every effort is made to keep me happy with their service. I highly recommend them to friends and family, who also love them. Great Company!!

KD's Klean Ups has been consistently cleaning our home for nearly 15 years. Debbie, the owner, is super-accommodating and so nice! She works around our schedule. Most important, Kim and the team at KD's Klean Ups are terrific. Our house is always spotless -- they do a great job and are friendly and honest. They've also done an excellent job with post-construction cleanup. Drywall dust disappears, even from corners of kitchen cabinets and hard-to-reach places. I highly recommend KD's Klean Ups to clean your home, too.

I had Mike out to do my carpets after my kids spell Hawaiian punch And Mike was friendly educated and extremely kind. He completely cleaned the carpets and got the stain out but highly recommend.

Our electricity had been out for days so we had been burning in our fireplace to keep warm. Our chimney caught fire, and we had to move to a hotel quickly. I was beside myself. We needed our home cleaned from smoke, walls, carpet, floors, and windows etc. We spoke with Mike, and he and Lu had came the next morning so we could get back into our home quickly. When I had walked into our home, I felt at peace in my heart, it was absolutely 100% clean and my windows sparkled. I highly recommend Mike and Lu. They are hard workers, and will do what you need. I cannot thank them enough.

I just had my apartment cleaned up and carpet washed today, and they did an amazing job. Highly recommend!!

Very easy to navigate and communicate with the owner. The online booking system made things very easy to get started. I would absolutely book with them.

I called about a spot on an area rug created by my Mom's dog.
I had never used this company before. But, Mike was fabulous...he was prompt in his return phone call. And he actually took the time to consult with me about how I could take care of the problem on my own. Otherwise, I would have paid for a service call - who even offers this type of customer service anymore? Nice, honest guy! Call him :)

Mike hooked me up when the city flooded my basement, provided a more than fair deal to drain and dehumidify the place. An honest company to deal with
