I recently contact Mertz Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing to have my deck and side porch cleaned and painted. Dwayne called me back promptly and scheduled an appointment to come out and review the work to be done. He arrived at the scheduled time, was polite and professional. He set the expectation as to when he could complete the work. He again arrived when scheduled completed the work and cleaned up when he was done. I would highly recommend Mertz Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing.

We had our long driveway power washed, including removal of a rust stain that ran the length of it. We were very satisfied with the result. Mertz were efficient, professional, friendly, and delivered excellent value for the cost. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It's not often that you find a company that provides the level of customer service my family has received time and time again. Not only does Dwayne make sure to do a job that is above and beyond expectations, but he understands the importance of having our Christmas lights up and what it means to my family; which is very personal and held to the highest regard by Dwayne. Not only do we also always get a quick response and professional communication, but they also exceeded expectations when we had just 1 single bulb go out and a birthday party planned for that weekend. Im almost certain that Dwayne was on his way before we even hung up because he personally wanted to make sure that the house was picture perfect for my daughter and all of our guests! If you have been thinking about having Christmas lights set up professionally, I HIGHLY recommended Mertz!

We had our gutters and siding cleaned. Our gutters were filthy, and our last company could not get them clean. Dwayne did get them clean. Excellent job will continue to use his service and highly recommend him price was reasonable also.

Over the last several years we have had great reliable services done by Dwayne. Projects include gutter cleaning and most recently power washing sidewalk, retaining wall and decking. He checks all the boxes and comes highly recommended.

Dwayne did a fantastic job cleaning the gutters, windows and power washing entire duplex. He called me back promptly and quoted a fair price for the work. He showed up on time on the scheduled date. Work was completed and they did a great job being careful of a package that was delivered while they were cleaning as well as area surrounding house and work-area. Would recommend Mertz to anyone and look forward to contacting them again in the future!

I highly recommend using Mertz Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing. He responded the same day to setup an appointment and got us in within the next week to power wash our brick and siding. It turned out wonderful and was a reasonable price. 5 stars.

We needed our finished basement cleaned after some work was completed down there. We were so happy with the whole experience. We filled out a form online and John came to give us a quote the next day and they were able to schedule us about a week later.

We were so happy with the cleaning we received. They did an amazing job. It was a huge mental burden/physical burden off of us because the 412 Clean Teams took care of it for us.

We are considering getting more cleanings in the future on other floors of the house just because it was so easy and convenient for us to work with them.

I had a great experience with 412 Clean Teams. They always did a great job cleaning and were very flexible with rescheduling. I enjoyed the hotel-like touches they provided with the folded toilet paper and folded blankets. I will use them again in the future!

We hired the 412 clean teams to clean the house while we were away for our honeymoon. We were gone two weeks. When we arrived home the house was looking like a 5 star hotel. After two weeks away staying in resorts, this was the cleanest and most inviting place to bed down. Small touches around the house were noticed. Would highly recommend for anyone traveling.
