The guys were great. Very professional and they did a great job of explaining the procedures. They noticed the mark on the wall from the sofa and told me it was an indication that my duct work needed cleaning. I can understand that since all the construction that went on at this house in the last year.

I have an imported oriental carpet that had animal stains. I had tried spot cleaning myself but it didn't work. I have used Sears Cleaning three times before to clean my wall to wall carpet, and to clean the air ducts before I turned on the furnace for the winter. I have always been very pleased with the great job and professionalism, plus the price too. I have had my carpet cleaned several times, however. it never seemed to satisfy me. When the technician got through with my carpet from Sears my carpet almost looked brand new. It was super clean and smelled fresh. I decided that I would get my carpet cleaned quarterly just so I can retain that new look. If you have carpet that you feel needs replaced due to stains and dirt don't replace until you have had Sears come and clean it. Trust me you will be glad you did.

We had our carpets and furniture cleaned on July 6. While I've been using sears for years, this time wasn't so good. I called and told Christy, she made arrangements to have her crew come and reclean. This time a gentleman named Aaron came. He and his teammate were wonderful! Easy to make an appointment, the technician called before he arrived and arrived on time. “Aaron” was polite, professional, thorough, and got 3 stains out of my carpet that I thought would never come out. I have been using Sears for years and I’ve never been disappointed. I have my carpets cleaned every 3-4 months and that is possible only because their services are so affordable.
