I haven't had air duct cleaning before, so I didn't know what to expect. The guys who did the cleaning were very respectful and professional. It was a dirty process, but my house is 75 years old.

Efficient and good price. But did not get all the stains out. I pointed one out and the worker hit it again but did not go get their stain remover and did not get it out. In another room, we cleaned the spots ourselves after they left.

Courteous, professional service for air duct cleaning and upholstery cleaning. Assured me that the cleaning agents were green so I did not need to vacate my pets. Highly recommend for both quality and value.

I have always used Sears for our carpet cleaning. I scheduled a cleaning last Saturday and they came and did my living room and hallway. After carpet dried, they didn’t get out the couple stains that were there and all of a sudden, the middle of my carpet is full of stains that were never there before. I immediately called and same 2 men came back out and redid. They said it was probably stains that were in padding that came to the surface. Meanwhile we always get the extra stain protection on it so that didn’t make sense. Again after it dried, stains still there. Called again and was told that they will send 2 different technicians and use a different solution. I told the women ok but this is the last time because this make no sense as to why stains aren’t coming out. Sears needs to do a refund.

My carpets were cleaned to perfection! Chuck and Aaron were very kind, very efficient, and trustworthy. These are the qualities that keep me calling them back!

Before we moved into our house and we hired this company to scrub the carpets as they have stains. Well, idk what happened, but NONE of the stains were gone after they were finished. Scrubbed the spots with a rag and carpet cleaner and they immediately came up. I do NOT recommend them!

The carpet looked worse after than before the cleaning. They cleaned the carpet very quickly and when it dried, only the cleaner areas were cleaned at all. The heavier-soiled walking routes were unchanged, making them stick out even more than before the cleaning. We called and they came back and cleaned the heavy areas again, but there was no change. I asked the technician is there was any different product or method they could use for better results, and he said no. We called Sears for a refund and they said they would send another team out, but not refund. The team has already said there was nothing else they could do, so we are out $250 and the carpet looks terrible! Our old carpet cleaner went out of business, and they never had any issues getting the carpet clean. Very upset! The “after” photos are below.

I have been using Sara‘s carpet cleaning for many years and they never disappoint and the tech. Chuck is Awesome. Can’t remember the name of the man that came with him also and he was awesome. Also, they did a great job as always.

Chuck has been with Sears for 20 plus years and his experience shows. Very respectful of our property and home and did a great job. Carpets were pretty much dry later in the day. FYI- they use a very powerful truck mounted machine which ensures the job is done thoroughly... check their prices and you'll find they are less than S. Steamer and other big names and still gets the job done!

My experience with your staff is simply awesome. Who talks about the guys efficiency after they have left, if they were not impactful. Our experiences have always been top notch and we appreciate you for standing on "customer service" being important still.

I always use Sears Carpet Cleaning over any other service. They’re thorough, clean up fast with minimal disruption to my day, and always have deals and savings. The crew is always friendly. I schedule at least once a year with them because we have kids and pets so the carpet, stairs, hallway, and furniture need a good deep clean every so often. Scheduling is easy - either online or calling. The crew will confirm with you the day before and you’ll receive your window. The crew will call when they’re on the way. I highly recommend Sears!

The workers were very nice and on time. However, I was disappointed with the air duct cleaning due to large amounts of left over debris from cleaning. Definitely not worth the price.

Renovation dust was everywhere after our home project, so we called MaxPro House Cleaning Service for Post Construction Clean. They removed fine particles from vents, wiped down walls, and polished windows until they sparkled. Even the gutters got attention with thorough gutter cleaning to prevent clogs from debris. The transformation was amazing – our house felt brand new again. Safety was prioritized with proper gear for hazardous materials.

Absolutely a wonderful experience! Dumb from Dumb and Dumber as he calls himself was very courteous and did a absolutely exceptional job! He got the smell out of my mother-in-law's apartment and we couldn't be more grateful! If you're looking for someone to do your carpets they are very reasonable and very reliable! I will definitely be calling them for our house when we get our carpets clean again. I am telling you you don't need to call anyone else call Super Duper! Thanks again!

Our experience with Super Duper was absolutely perfect. To start - they came on time. The techs explained every step that they would be doing. I received pictures as they were working. The house was in perfect condition when I returned. Everything was very professional. I made the appointment with the owner. In our talk I told him about my blind black lab. I could not believe that he sent a bag of dog treats for my dog! I will recommend them to everyone!!

FANTASTIC. They are amazing….went above and beyond for our cleaning needs. My dogs (3), six year old and well every day wear and tear has been taxing. We have used super duper three times now…and each time I’m more impressed. They did us a solid and did things they just noticed needed to be added to our list. Including a drain unclogging?! They’re professional, thorough and affordable. I was glad when I was referred and will continue to refer! Amazing job, thank you so very much!

Great customer service. They did great job, carpet were really old and start looking good after cleaning. They are pretty fast and efficient. I recommend Super Duper for carpet cleaning.
