The cleaners were very nice and thorough in their cleaning. We were amazed by how clean our place was after the first clean.

I was thrilled with the deep cleaning their team did. I literally gasped when I saw how clean our tub was. They found a long lost but favorite missing sock. They cleaned the inside of our medicine cabinet. Great attention to detail, and really quality work.

John *edit - not the owner* arrived at our house for our walk through.

After he stood in the first room arguing with us about dust and shelves for 10 minutes he grew frustrated and insisted I was not answering his questions correctly.

I calmly spoke to this man and gave him yes and no answers in hopes he would not escalate further. And fearing that he would, I told him to leave.

Men do not get to come into my home and act toxic and start arguments with me. It is not an option.

A second person calmly witnessed the entire exchange. We called the company, dumbfounded, about what happened and they told us … “Mercury must be in retrograde or something!”

Perhaps my experience with them was a lark. I don’t know.

But if this man is acting like this to me, I don’t want him acting like this in the homes of other people who may be more vulnerable than I am.

Other than that - I’m told they are the best cleaners around.

I just had my home cleaned for the first time yesterday. It was overall a great experience. John and Rachel are prompt and professional. John came to the house so we could note what things I really wanted clean and so we could be given a quote. He was efficient, friendly, and was patient as my toddler was with us and wanted attention 😅

They were very clear about what they needed from us, and I was so happy with how well the house was cleaned. Cleaning my home has become so burdensome because of my chronic back pain, so having a reliable team to take care of deep cleaning tasks lifts that burden for me so I can be more present with my family.

I’ve never hired professional cleaners before, but I would say with my experience that this is worth every penny. Cleaning is hard and often thankless work, so I'm happy to pay a pro to do it.

Wow, we just had our first cleaning completed by Holly from 412 Clean Teams and she did an AMAZING job. I was falling behind on my regular cleaning tasks typically reserved for weekends outside of my full time job, so having this service take care of it for me was worth it for the self care and peace of mind alone. With cleaning off of the list, I can look forward to more weekend time playing with the kids and gardening instead of trying to catch up on cleaning the house.

Had an estimate scheduled for duct cleaning. Called the night before at like 2230 to confirm (super late for a confirmation call). Never showed up. I called 15 minutes past our scheduled appointment and was told the operator would follow-up... nothing. No longer interested in your services thanks.
