The technicians kept me informed of their arrival time and were prompt. The lead tech explained the process and answered my questions. He was clear regarding the cost which was a great bargain. All furniture was either moved or protected and the carpet was pre-soaked before the steam vacuum was used. The results were impressive and the carpet was cleaner than any other company I had hired previously. I highly recommend Sears carpet cleaning and know your won’t be disappointed.

I am on vacation in Germany. I will return to Pittsburgh on august 17th. I have been trying to book rug cleaning for august 22th. unable to do so on website, I had great experience in the past which makes this very experience disappointing and frustrating

I have used Sears Carpet Cleaning exclusively for as long as I can remember - in short they do a great job and I keep going back to them. For at least the last 3 or 4 times I've had the same service technician (Aaron). Besides doing a great job on the carpet, he has always been very prompt, professional and courteous. I recommend them.

This is our "go to" company for carpet cleaning - they always do a great job and our old carpets look fabulous when they are done! Our carpets are old but look brand new after they are cleaned, all stains and spots removed. Aaron and his team are exceptional and easy to work with. They are my first call for over 20 years!

They were great! I was able to book next day carpet cleaning and the price was $100 cheaper than zerorez. Aaron, my technician, was very friendly and professional and he got up every stain. Great job! I will definitely use them again.

Just Got my Stairs and 3 bed room carpets done after a tenant move out. Carpets were in rough condition and very stained before they came, after they finished cleaning looked like brand new and prices are excellent as well. Also, very professional within the whole company!

Very happy with Brad & Adam's work today! They were very knowledgable, happy to answer any questions and gave me updates through the process. True professionals and did awesome work. We had been getting sick since we moved to this new house and when a friend recommended we get our vents cleaned I immediately called Sears (after pricing out a few companies and getting personal rec's from neighbors). I'm grateful we got this done and definitely feel like it was money well spent!
