Not Good, never returned phone call promised after vacation. When another call to see if the number was lost, that cal was not returned neither. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

I hired Jim and his crew to build a french drain and retaining wall at my house to redirect water, and let me tell you.. best decision ever. we no longer get water in our basement and our wall is perfect. Communication was great from start to finish, quality was excellent, and not to mention affordable. can’t say enough good things about this company.

Terrible customer service. Young kid, I believe his name is James is a pompous know it all, who thinks he is better than everyone. I used to hear great things about them, but their customer service has really gone down hill.

Jim has been taking care of my landscaping for almost two years now. He has done an exceptional job with maintaining my lawn, cutting my excessive amount of hedges twice a year, and fall clean up. His rates are very reasonable and he has been very professional right from day one. I can’t recommend him enough!
