I had booked an appointment to get a quote for landscaping work 4+ weeks in advance of the agreed upon date. They never showed up.

I called about an hour after the scheduled time and while the employee who answered the phone was kind and understanding, I could hear the owner speaking in the background. She had no apology and acted like it wasn't an issue or a big deal. They never called to tell me they wouldn't be coming and seemed unbothered that they totally missed the appointment.

I was told, we'd have to do it another time. I asked if I could be seen in the next 1-2 weeks possibly since I had already been waiting several weeks for this scheduled appointment. I was told they'd call back the following week (this was a Friday). Never was called. Unprofessional owner.

I used to get plants, flowers, and Christmas trees here but with how this was handled, I won't return.

This business is very poor at customer service indeed as other previous reviews have stated. I had read some negative reviews and thought maybe it was long time ago and that they may have improved ……Nope, that’s just my wishful thinking. I made an appointment for April to come over and to work on a design and estimate for a front yard garden. Between the day I made the appointment and the scheduled visit there was a whole month cushion BUT they still managed to miss the appoint AND to fail to call me to cancel or reschedule. I was the one to call back and to be told that they were too busy and had enough business to care if they’d lose new customers. Yes, that’s what they said, just with slightly more courteous words. Well I won’t ever be their customer in future, as they intended, and if anyone is considering their business, just be aware that it is like playing lottery: you might get lucky, or you could end up wasting time like me or even money as other reviews indicated.

I have never been more impressed with a landscape contractor. These guys did an excellent job with quality materials and they work extremely fast. I am so happy I waited for them to do this job. Yes there is a wait but it’s worth it. I overheard them talking and the one guy said how it felt good to be outside working and that is a good sign That they are happy and take pride in what they are doing.

Looks like a beautiful selection, but they’re never open when the hours say they’re open on Google. We’ve shown up twice 2-3 hours before their listed closing time and the fence is chained up and locked.

Great selection, very reasonable prices and extremely helpful and friendly staff. They even potted our selections for us.

We've been using this landscaper on the recommendation of the previous owner. They're knowledgeable and polite and always make my lawn look amazing.

One of the drivers/ workers thought it was appropriate to drive backwards down Marlborough road and yell profanities at drivers trying to egress in the legal direction. Driver had no sense of what the man driving was doing and when they did not back out of the landscapers way he got out and screamed at the driver for not understanding his communication from the inside of his vehicle. Do not hire them.

If you hate your neighbor they are the guy you are looking for. I have a neighbor (though I don't think they hate us) who have them come weekly and they always block my driveway during commuting hours that I had to remember to move my car out of garage before I anticipated their coming. Very easy way to annoy your neighbor.

Super pro team! It was recommended by the previous owner of our house. We had them plant some pachysandras and Korean spice and the price was very fair. They also mow our lawn every week, in-and-out w/o a fuss. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I contacted Michel for seasonal weekly lawn care and landscaping in Spring 2018. After three voicemails, they returned my call. Said they were interested in the work and agreed to meet me on March 14th to look at the yard and give an estimate. They did not show up on the 14th and never responded to any of my follow up calls. Unprofessional and wasted my time. Don't bother with these people.

Michel Landscaping has been cutting my grass and providing snow removal services for several years. Everyone comments how nice my yard looks and they show up on time all the time. I was referred to them from a good friend who was happy with their services.

Arrogant and condescending. Called for an estimate and talked down to me the entire time. Most unprofessional contractor I ever talked to over the phone.

Condescending and arrogant. Quite possibly the worst initial contact I’ve ever had with a contractor. Needs a refresher course on interpersonal skills and salesmanship.

I could tell that Jeff would be A1 because he seems to take pride in the work that carries his name. He was fair with me on cost and his men were quite efficient. Thank you again, Jeff.

Jeff and his team are probably the best in the area. We've used many others and none had the attention to detail and care for your property like Wichman.

We're very happy we decided to have Wichman Landscape Construction build our outdoor patio and retaining wall. It turned out better than we expected and would recommend them.

Wichman crew did excellent work and stayed on the job until completed. Much of the project required precision measurements that were done perfectly.

Jeff and the team arrived when they said they would, were done when they said they would be, and took care of everything we were going to ask them to before we were able to tell them. Working with them was a wonderful experience, and I'd strongly recommend going with them for your landscaping needs.

Jeff and his team did a great job building a bocce court in our back yard. Very professional. Worked through unforeseen problems. It's level, drains well, looks great.

Mr. Wichman has provided landscaping service to us several times. In each circumstance he took the time to visit the site and discuss/suggest the proper manner in which to successfully execute the project. Additionally, his crew were courteous, prompt and performed the task(s) at hand in an expeditious and very satisfactory manner.

In the future we shall engage the service of Wichman Landscapte Construction, as well as highly recommending the company to our friends, without hesitation.
