Do not consider this company. I spent an hour explaining the work to the man that came to my house and they sent me a $3400 quote days later (it was wrong so I followed up with them and they had to fix it)… then a week later said they made a mistake and now it’s $6000. What a waste of time and a terrible experience. These people don’t communicate well either. The questions I had weren’t fully answered. Basic, clear information such as timeline and type of paint was not given even after I asked. Multiple phone numbers for the same person too.

Update: if there was a mix up, you should’ve honored that quoted price. Also, $6k for the work that was discussed is a lot more than most companies quote for this work. I forgot to mention in my initial review that the first scheduled appointment time was cancelled last minute, which caused inconvenience.

I used Lina's Handyman Service for a drywall patch in my ceiling after a pinhole leak in my waterline was repaired. Lina was very responsive and professional in handling the quote for the job and in sending a foreman to scope out the job. The guys sent to tackle the job arrived on time and did an absolutely outstanding job! I could not tell the ceiling was ever opened. They were truly artisans who paid attention to every detail. I was really amazed at the excellent quality of their work. As for cleanup, they left the section of the house better than they found it. I'd have no hesitation recommending them or using them again. I couldn't be happier with their work!

We have used Lina’s twice now - once for a backsplash installation and once for electrical fixture upgrades. They show up on time, have good availability, the guys have really cared about doing their work right, and the payment process is beyond easy. We’ll be calling them for everything. The hallway light after/before pictures are attached and let me tell you those guys were patient. Those cords had to each be set individually.

I cannot highlight enough how great my experience was with Lina's including their office coordinator, Evgenia, and their subcontractors who did all the work in my house. I had two walls removed, including part of a load bearing wall with an LVL beam installed, a kitchen partial remodel, a half bathroom installed, and additional cosmetic work throughout the house. The communication and work was amazing. Workers started by 8am everyday and didn't stop some days until 6pm. They were incredibly hard working the price was beyond reasonable for the amount of work they did.

I've never heard of people having a good remodel experience and there is nothing I would change. I can't say enough good things about them and will forever be calling them for anything I need help with. Thanks so much, Lina's and Evgenia!

He agreed to do a job in early January in November, confirmed in late December, then ghosted me after Christmas. Never returned my text. Very bizarre behavior. Why string me along?

Josh was a lifesaver! Needed to install a play set for my sons two year old birthday, after previous installers from the big box store canceled. Came out the same week I called him. Spent all day building the perfect play set for my son. Even took a trip to the store when it was missing parts. Best of all, he was prompt, courteous and very nice. Also, the price was very fair and reasonable. Highly recommended.

Awesome handyman! We’ve been using his services for a couple years now and he’s done great work! We must have hired him for over 20 jobs at this point and have no intention on finding another handyman. We’ve gotten so much value going through him over the years. Josh installed a new vanity and sink in our bathroom. Our house is over 100 years old and so home improvements are always a gamble and you're bound to run into some weird happenstance. Josh worked around the odd placement of our pipes and fit the vanity in like a glove. Quick, efficient and my dog loved him so what more can you say. Highly recommend and will be calling him again if we need more work done!

We found Josh in an online search. The first 2 projects he did for us were to install a flat screen TV on a mount on our stone veneer fireplace, and replace the wire shelves in our pantry with more sturdy, solid ones. He did such a good job on those projects, we had him back to install three overhead shelves (4'x8', 4'x6", 3'x8') in our garage. Josh is friendly and professional. He also listens well and actually heard us when we were explaining what we wanted done for each project. We would hire Josh again without hesitation.

I hired Josh to perform several routine maintenance/repair jobs in my 85-year-old home. When he arrived, I handed him a list that I was certain would take a couple days to complete. Each job required a different skill set, including repairing grout in the bathroom, electrical repairs in the kitchen, realigning doors that wouldn't close properly, hanging a grab bar, repairing my garage door frame, cleaning the dryer vent, etc. Much to my surprise, Josh completed all of these jobs in just under four hours and was polite, professional, and friendly while he worked. He's coming back next week to finish up some other things and I will gladly hire him again.

Josh repaired drywall in our garage, replaced thresh-holds and weather stripping on our outside doors, caulked and grouted a tiled shower bench, and installed a door peep hole. He responded to our inquiry quickly and found time for us in his schedule the same week. Josh was knowledgeable and professional.
