My son needs a huge pine tree cut down and we will be calling soon for a estimate.

Fred and his crew removed two trees on my property and eliminated the stumps as well. One tree was incredibly large and in a tight spot between my house and neighbor. Extremely hard-working, very polite, professional and left my yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. Trust me, this is the company you want to do your tree work. We had a tree fall in our driveway that needed removed. Fred's was the first company to answer our call and came out a couple hours later to give us a quote. While he was here, we decided to get a quote on 3 additional trees that we wanted removed on our property. His prices are very fair. The crew showed up first thing as promised and removed 4 pine trees in just under 3 hours . The crew was extremely hard working and cleaned up well. I highly recommend them.

A large tree came down onto my daughter's & son-in-law's house while the family was out of town, I called late Sunday night & was able to speak directly to a member of their team. Fred was at the property 7 am the next morning to assess the problem & gave an estimate that same day. The estimate was reasonable considering the size of the tree & circumstances. AND a crew came in the afternoon & removed the tree before it could shift & cause more damage. The crew was professional, efficient, & respectful of the property. They worked hard & fast! And the clean up was so great, the appraiser said he thought he had the wrong house! So grateful they responded so quickly & highly recommend Fred's Tree & Lawn Service.

Came out the same day that I called for an estimate. Reasonable fair price. Came the next day to do the job. Crew was very nice and professional. Had a lot of tree trimming and pruning, bush trimming and removal of several large shrubs. They were quick and the cleanup was awesome. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Tree got knocked over after a storm. We were unable to access the front door and the living room window was covered by the tree as well. I called Fred at 09:00 pm and he said he was in the area and would be over in half an hour. He showed up and took a look at the job. Have a fair price and said he would be over the following day. A crew showed up and we’re like a swarm of worker bees. The tree was gone, and the yard cleaned up in about an hour. They were fast reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

Had Fred's trim a tree overhanging my house in Churchill. Gave me a great price and showed up within a week of quoting me with two bucket trucks and a chipper to get the difficult job done very quickly. The crew was very clean and professional. Would definitely recommend.

This group of proud men came in, removed 3 trees, a lot of hedges and cleaned up my yard before I even got home from work. They cleaned it up and you couldnt even tell they were there. It was beautiful. He was very competively priced but the attention to detail

Fred's tree service was great. Fred gave us a fair price quote then showed up five days later as promised.
The workers were highly skilled and had the right equipment.

We had an old weeping cherry tree that died.
They removed it, ground the stump and the roots, removed all the dead wood and did a nice job cleaning up.
They worked fast and were gone in less than an hour.

We were very impressed and would use them again.

Recently Fred’s Tree Service removed two trees in my yard. The three employees who completed the work performed their jobs with attention to fine detail. The employee who made the cuts in each branch was extra careful not to have the tree fall on my shed which was within a couple feet from the trees. The trees were very tall. Everything was done with precision. Each worker completed a different job but in the end they all made sure the work area was done as a team to perfection. No limbs, twigs or sawdust was left behind. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their work. They completed the work on time as scheduled in a timely fashion, were extremely knowledgeable about the job they performed, were personable and took pride in doing their best work. Excellent company! I would highly recommend Fred’s Tree & Lawn Service.

Fred's pruned a tall tree exactly as I requested and cleaned up the whole hillside around it. All was done in a very timely manner. Very professional job. Would call again.

Have used Fred"s before for pruning maple's and I believe they saved the trees. Had a big dead oak and a couple of smaller trees in backyard that needed removal. Was afraid of the damage the equipment might do to the yard. They have a state of the art tree bucket I believe they called a Spider with rubber treads that goes 83 ft high! They cut the trees down with precision and didn't damage any sheds, shrubs, birdhouses etc. The clean up was immaculate, They even blew off patio which had a slight bit of sawdust on it. I can barely tell they were here except for some slight impressions in grass, which they even raked to fluff up. We couldn't be happier!!!

My family and I live in a wooded area in Pittsburgh. I hired Fred's Tree and Lawn Service to remove multiple dead trees and to trim healthy trees on our property. There were seven hard-working men who did an amazing job. They were professional and very efficient. I am very impressed and would highly recommend this company. Fred showed up unsolicited one day after doing some work for a neighbor and gave us a quote for removing four large pines, grinding the stumps and roots, and leveling the yard afterward. The quote was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received, especially considering how complicated this job was with overhead power lines to deal with as well.
Later that same week, the crew showed up with a bucket truck, shredder, stump grinder, dumpster for tree debris etc. and got to it. All four trees were meticulously removed down to the stumps within a few hours with precision to avoid damage to the house, driveways, etc.
The next morning the crew returned and began grinding the stumps and exposed roots. They then proceeded to essentially "till" and level the entire front yard removing all shredded root debris and leaving behind a perfectly level yard ready for final landscaping. Before leaving, everything was then cleaned up and a backpack blower was used to carefully remove any dust and dirt from the street, driveway, and porch.
This team exceeded our expectations and we can't say enough about Rob, who operated the stump grinder and took charge of this job. He was fantastic!!!
Fred's will be our goto tree service moving forward as they were affordable, efficient, and very professional!
