Best price on air duct cleaning. The guys that arrived were very professional and explained the whole process thoroughly. Great service, very friendly staff, both in person and the lady that took my appointment on the phone. Highly recommend. Used them for carpet cleaning years ago and also had a great experience.

I have had my carpet cleaned several times, however. it never seemed to satisfy me. When the technician got through with my carpet from Sears my carpet almost looked brand new. It was super clean and smelled fresh. I decided that I would get my carpet cleaned quarterly just so I can retain that new look. If you have carpet that you feel needs replaced due to stains and dirt don't replace until you have had Sears come and clean it. Trust me you will be glad you did.

We had our carpets and furniture cleaned on July 6. While I've been using sears for years, this time wasn't so good. I called and told Christy, she made arrangements to have her crew come and reclean. This time a gentleman named Aaron came. He and his teammate were wonderful! My carpet and furniture are looking so much better. Thank you folks, you did not fail me!! See you next year!

Easy to make an appointment, the technician called before he arrived and arrived on time. “Aaron” was polite, professional, thorough, and got 3 stains out of my carpet that I thought would never come out. I have been using Sears for years and I’ve never been disappointed. I have my carpets cleaned every 3-4 months and that is possible only because their services are so affordable.

The technicians kept me informed of their arrival time and were prompt. The lead tech explained the process and answered my questions. He was clear regarding the cost which was a great bargain. All furniture was either moved or protected and the carpet was pre-soaked before the steam vacuum was used. The results were impressive and the carpet was cleaner than any other company I had hired previously. I highly recommend Sears carpet cleaning and know your won’t be disappointed.

I am on vacation in Germany. I will return to Pittsburgh on august 17th. I have been trying to book rug cleaning for august 22th. unable to do so on website, I had great experience in the past which makes this very experience disappointing and frustrating

I have used Sears Carpet Cleaning exclusively for as long as I can remember - in short they do a great job and I keep going back to them. For at least the last 3 or 4 times I've had the same service technician (Aaron). Besides doing a great job on the carpet, he has always been very prompt, professional and courteous. This is our "go to" company for carpet cleaning - they always do a great job and our old carpets look fabulous when they are done! Our carpets are old but look brand new after they are cleaned, all stains and spots removed. Aaron and his team are exceptional and easy to work with. They are my first call for over 20 years!

They were great! I was able to book next day carpet cleaning and the price was $100 cheaper than zerorez. Aaron, my technician, was very friendly and professional and he got up every stain. Great job! I will definitely use them again.
