Super duper did a great job cleaning my carpets and even gave a free power washing on my entry way. Super easy to make an appointment with and great prices. Highly recommend !

Great customer service! I had a great experience with Super Duper, they were able to come same day I called. He did a marvelous job, my carpets look brand new! Not to mention he got it done in record time! Super fast and efficient. I will definitely use their services again!

The guys at super duper carpet and duct cleaning are not only efficient workers, but very Professional and kind workers as well. Explained their formula and the process in a very clear and concise manner and brought my basement carpet back to life after severe flooding cannot recommend enough!

These guys showed up the day after I asked for them to clean my carpets. Not only were they on time, they were early.
The carpet looked brand new when they were finished and they came and went quickly and efficiently.
Next time my mothers carpet needs cleaning I will absolutely call Them.

He is the problem, NOT the customers in the bad reviews!!! If I could give Zero stars I would! My mistake was not completely reading all the bad reviews! If I had, I would have saved myself an evening of aggravation. I have never experienced someone calling me back for info/scheduling so rude & abrupt & constantly hyping his company up (not sure who u were trying to convince…me or you?) His tone was so sharp & rude & would cut me off while talking. Never actually got a quote from him nor was I able to finish explaining how many areas had carpeting as I was told he couldn’t give me any info until he saw pics of a couch we wanted cleaned. The immaturity of his responses to other reviews says it all…TRUST the bad reviews!!! While I cannot comment on the quality of the services he provides because I didn’t let it get that far as I told him to loss my number, his communication skills are seriously lacking & I will not do business with someone who thinks it’s ok to talk down to people & call names. If you can’t deal with simple customer service issues in a respectful manner, maybe you should not be dealing with the public. Very sad !!!
We ended up calling Stanley Steamer & I don’t care if we are paying double the price. It’s worth it to not deal with this guy!!! Good luck with your so called booked business 🙄

*UPDATE: His response proves my point again!! I had no issues sending photos when I could get them (it’s a rental we r moving into & I wasn’t there). I said “ok then” w/ an attitude & hung up when I asked for a rough estimate or how do they do their pricing just so I had somewhat of an idea & he snapped/cut me off again saying he couldn’t tell me anything till he got the pics. I see he can give attitude but can’t take it back even in small doses … duly noted. Still not sure how u were gonna give an accurate quote when u got the pics when u never listened to how many rooms needed done but whatever…doesn’t matter now. The pic below is what happened after I hung up the phone…Regarding your response, u don’t know how old I am nor have u ever seen me for u to be calling someone menopausal especially where all your future customers can see….AGAIN RUDE!!! This is all based on his communication issues…the man doesn’t know how to have a normal basic calm conversation. The only thing I can do is pray for you to change your ways. I thought long & hard before making this post & after reading the other reviews & his replies, I had to let others know the TRUTH. As a business owner, he needs to know/understand that it’s not the customers that is the problem…it’s YOU sir!!! Good luck on hopefully your future self reflection!

I called to ask about their carpet cleaning service, but before I could finish speaking, the person who answered hung up on me. I called back to check if it had been a mistake, and they said directly, "Yes, I hung up on you." I was simply trying to ask if I could bring the carpet to their location or if being 20 minutes away was too far for them. I found their attitude very rude and unprofessional. I was looking for a good place to clean my carpet, but after that experience, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place due to their poor customer service.

Kevin did an AMAZING JOB. This was a last minute request to a filthy house. Probably never cleaned in 25+ years but he made the carpets so clean and fresh. Removed decades of dog & cat hair and even cleaned out the air ducts. I can’t thank him enough. He was awesome. Definitely will use this company again!

Make carpet cleaning great again. Time and energy will humble this guy. Kevin was extremely rude and irate. The ole bait and switch. Quoted a price then told me I had to pay more because I am paying with check. Then wanted additional $45 for a spray because he said my carpets were filthy. He tried to slick fast talk my sister and get more money. I told him we can amicably walk away and just not do business, then his entitled self decides to text me some nonsense. There is no getting a word in with him. Can't call me cheap either, spending more to get the carpet cleaned by someone else, just not giving you my money. It was never about the money, Your ethics suck. I fully expect you to say something bad back about me. I have seen how you responded to other who critique you. Life is going to throw you such a curve ball in business, Get ready for it. Rude rude rude.

Additional comment: We had Stanley come out and they did a great job of cleaning the carpets. They said the carpets weren't bad and did their job. All that addition fluff Kevin was talking about wasn't needed. We did pay more but were quoted more and they stayed to their price. If you look at Kevin's real reviews you will see he is quite the piece of work and rude. You sir wasted your own time. I never told you those carpets were like new, you are lying.

Terrible experience with Kevin Super with Super Duper carpet cleaning!!!

I called Kevin to ask if his company buffs laminate floors. His response was that he needs to see them. I asked if he needs to see the floor in person or a picture is ok. He started shouting at me asking what phone number i called which was confusing to me. I responded to say i called his company’s number. He got even more aggressive shouting louder that they are big operation and they have many phone numbers servicing the whole Pittsburgh area.

This was enough for me to see his ego and anattitude so i said thank you have a good day. Then he sent me text messages which you need a decoder to understand but draw your own conclusions what kind of person he is. Be aware!

They were responsive to my inquiry and got me in for a cleaning quickly. They were thorough, kind and courteous. I recommend them and will be using there service again.

called this company and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The person on the phone was extremely cocky, constantly bragging that they were “the only ones” who could do the job and that no one else could offer a better price. When I asked about a student discount, he rudely told me not to waste his time and insisted $200 was the best deal I’d ever get.

When I pressed for details about what I’d actually be paying for, he couldn’t answer my questions. Instead, he pressured me to commit immediately, saying if I didn’t pay on the spot he’d “never do business” with me. When I declined, he hung up and then started sending me insulting, unprofessional messages.

This is not how any business should treat potential customers. The arrogance, lack of product knowledge, and threatening attitude were completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Absolutely great experience! I thought I was going to have to replace my carpets immediately moving into my new house, but this is no longer the case after having a cleaning!

Literally just moved into a house today and needed the carpets cleaned. Called Kevin at 5 o’clock and he was here within an hour . Superb job even gave me some solution to clean grout highly recommended!

From the initial phone call- the process was explained in detail- and he sent pics of everything including our air vent cleaning during the entire process!
