D&M Mechanical Contracting

My experience with D&M Contracting was outstanding. Our air conditioning unit went out in the hottest week of the summer and with young children in the home, it was less than ideal.
My initial contact with the D&M Team far exceeded the expectations I had as this wasn’t my first experience
with HVAC services and others.
D&M was very knowledgeable, clear and not pushy. They understood our needs, concerns and budget.
When we decided to move forward; understanding a full replacement would be best for immediate and long term reliability, the team began work quickly. The two technicians sent to install were courteous, kind, clean and worked efficiently. These two men took the time to explain what was happening, what they were doing to and provided recommendations for longevity. I had a new thermostat installed as well, which is a game changer. I no longer need to worry about self reminders for filter changes as the system will do that automatically. The take down and install of our unit was completed in less than a day. We reviewed the manual briefly to ensure I understood the product and they left me with great tips to ensure the unit runs as efficiently as possible. A few days after the installation was complete, I received a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied with the way everything was running and if we had any additional questions. I’ve already provided their information to others as they set the bar high and I know we personally won’t use any other HVAC service providers in the future. If I could go beyond a 5 star rating I would. Hands down the best and easiest experience I’ve had.

These guys rock. Very patient, dedicated to finding the root cause of an issue, great customer service. They've helped us keep our boiler going when other places were trying to sell us a new one.
