Never got the inspections legally promised. Didn't seal most of ductwork. Overcharged and lied throughout. Never got back to me when requested proof of inspection he guaranteed.

Sloppy at best, unethical at worst.

Impact installed our A/C 3 years ago and did a great job. A part failed over the weekend, sent someone out today and it was covered under the 10 year warranty. It was an easy, painless job. The best! Have used them twice now and not only do they charge a fair price, they know their stuff. They’re quick to respond and always kind and polite when they visit. When we had Tony out for our furnace maintenance, he recommended someone to fix our bathroom (JWS plumbing) who did an excellent job too.

Impact is amazing. My heater didn’t have any power to it my family and I were freezing. The owner Tony got to us the very next day and fixed the issue in 5 minutes. The charge was very reasonable. We are Impact customers for life. I highly recommend!

Their service is awesome! Furnace stopped working on Christmas Eve day and within 2 hours they came out and had it fixed. Thought it would cost a fortune but was blown away when I got the invoice. No special mark up for the holiday or anything. Could not recommend them enough. Will use them for everything HVAC wise moving forward. Exceptional service.

Impact has been keeping our 17 year old A/C unit running for the last 5 years….Our A/C unit died finally and Tony and their team at Impact had us up and running with a brand new unit the following day! My long-term HVAC repair company failed me miserably, Impact was recommended to me by several people, they showed up on time and diagnosed the problems. Unfortunately I needed a whole new heat pump and air handler. They gave me a great price and had it installed quickly. Very efficient and professional. I highly recommend them as they will be my new service company

Tony & his team helped me out when my furnace died in the middle of winter, and I couldn't be happier with the result. They have honest, upfront pricing and responded to calls and texts almost immediately. The installation team was friendly and left the work spaces clean. I ended up with a new furnace and AC system at way less than the price quoted by the "big name" HVAC companies, and Impact got the systems installed THREE DAYS faster (which mattered big time because it was only 20 degrees outside). Impact installed a new furnace in a very tight area and hauled the furnaces away. Sales rep and installation staff were very knowledgeable, courteous and informative. They did a good job cleaning up. I highly recommend them.
