Karen and her team were phenomenal from our first point of communication through the completion of our apartment move-out clean. I reached out to Karen on very short notice due to a family emergency, and she went above and beyond in agreeing to take on the job. She went through our management company's move-out checklist item by item . She and her partner were kind and thorough, and Karen kept in close communication with me throughout the weekend. I would not hesitate to reach out to KSC Cleaning again should I ever find my way back to Pittsburgh.

Wow wow wow - fantastic team that immediately responded to my need for an emergency deep clean. Karen quickly answered my initial call and arranged a walk through the next day - she squeezed me in for a 24 hour turn around to start the job the next day.
