Great services, highly recommended. I love the communication from the quality inspection team, and they are always responsive to any emergencies. I was reluctant to switch companies as most cleaners are all the same, but Cleannet has been a great choice

Came across a great option for keeping our workspace looking clean and organized. Good office cleaning Pittsburgh services are not always easy to find but the results here genuinely stood out. Floors looked better the dust was handled well and the whole place felt more comfortable for daily work.

I requested a cleaning quote for a building in Pittsburgh. One man came for walkthrough, but said he was waiting on the franchise owner. This man came a half hour late, did not properly introduce himself, then we did the walkthrough. He complained about everything I suggested. I wanted walls, ceilings and vents of a large room cleaned (that were very smoke stained) plus 3 bathrooms cleaned. He made me feel as if me asking for a quote for this cleaning service was a burden. He even tried to talk me out of some of the things I wanted. Then at the end he asked me how many ladders I owned(I assume for him to use)

I did receive a quote in a timely manner from the co-worker. But they would not quote me for the ceilings and the bathrooms were not in the quote
I responded I would not be using the services as I needed those specific services and that the franchise owner seemed annoyed and as if he did not want the job. This was a waste of all of our time.

To which the franchise owner replied that I was rude for stating what happened and very unprofessional.
If you offer a service, you should at least act as if you want/need/ are capable of the work. And if you act so unprofessionally, do not get upset when someone tells you so.

    Great cleaning no complaints.

Would stay away from the franchise. They low ball bids so they can just pass it off to one of their franchise owners and still make a big cut. Sign a non-franchise.

My company was contracted to them. Their franchise owners are horrid and will walk off of the job. They will demand payment even though they haven’t cleaned in weeks or their franchise owner has walked off of the job. Or they’ll provide very low grade cleaning services and suspend services “due to non payment” even though you’ve sent them payment and they’ve cashed it. Horrible company! Stay far, far away from them!

Not sure where to start but I inherited them in a new position last year and a complete unprofessional rip off. Their "franchise" as they call it shows up 35% of the time but demands to be paid 100%. He also only work 4 hours a day and claims to do the cleaning that would take two people all day. Because of the contract there is little recourse. Take my advice and save yourself the aggravation and find someone else. I am in the Pittsburgh area.

I'm writing this review so other business owners are aware of what they may be getting in to. Coverall will come to your business and tell you that you will get "health-grade" cleaning services using specialized HEPA Equipment - take an assessment of your square footage & provide a quote (this part was good and I felt confident about going w/ Coverall).

The "health-grade" cleaning however, is just not true. Also, their contract offers no 30 or 60 day guarantee to end it if you don't like the service. Anytime I complained, it seemed like I was the problem, even when providing photos of the reasons why I was not happy. I felt like they were judging me for not liking their service. In that same vain - if you're unhappy with their performance, then you really have to fight about it and struggle to get out of contract and they will be very bitter about it. In fact, the guy from Coverall just dropped off our keys today after we ended the contract and he didn't even stop to talk to hear my point of view on things about my expectations on the cleaning service, ask me how things could have been better, or look around at my complaints. He just walked in, handed me the keys at arm's distance and ran off angry - instead of taking some time to discuss things and leave on a good note.

The franchise owner was nice, but also admitted that the cleaning was not "health-grade" as sold & we were paying for areas to be cleaned that were not able to be cleaned by her; however, no adjustment in amount was offered. In closing - if you want someone to just come in and vacuum / dry mop floors and take out garbage on a weekly basis - then this may be for you. Don't believe the hype about health grade though. Health grade is not what you are going to get and you will have to fight like hell to end the contract and try to find some other means to keep offices sterile & high touch points sanitized to reduce risks of infections.

I hope this helps someone at least set expectations or negotiate some clause in to their contract where if they are not happy with the service, they don't have to continue using the service for another 45 days plus. I would get comparable quotes done by other Pittsburgh based cleaners as well for leverage in your negotiation process.

    Good luck!
