Great cleaning franchise and excellent support rep John Popovich

Keep getting harassed in our office by Nick Lumley who refuses to stop calling. No matter how many times we tell him we are in contract with another cleaning company and are not interested. He will not stop calling.

Not only was the cleaning service we received poor to non-existent, the customer service was horrendous. I'm posting pictures of dirt, dust and hair everywhere 1 HOUR after cleaning. I spoke with our cleaning team on two occasions to no avail and then cancelled our contract. I tried to contact multiple people to rectify the situation within the company and received little to no response. They also attempted to push our account into collections while I waited for them to respond regarding the lack of cleaning. Stay far away from this company - they are only interested in extorting money from small business owners and not providing quality service or actual customer care.

I have since found a local company that is AMAZING and makes our office shine! I feel bad for those working under this parent company - they appear to be a local business and then fall under the umbrella of this sham of a cleaning service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I'm not normally one to share negative reviews and I feel bad for sharing; but if one person reads this and avoids this headache, it's worth it.

Investing in purchasing a Coverall franchise has truly changed my life so much! I’ve cleaned for years residential and had a few offices I would find here and there but I’m a single mother of two and had to find a way to really make my cleaning jobs become an actual company of my own. I can honestly say that taking this step in my career has improved my life and business and finances so much! They trained me and trained my employees, they taught me all the thing I really wasn’t aware of as far as how to run a business successfully. The best part about this is that they find me the work! Not worth it they just let you go with out word

They punished an employee at the William Penn office on the north side because actual workers of the office came after hours unlocking them.

I would NOT recommend this company for office cleaning. And here's my list of reasons:
1. They don't clean, they ONLY take out the trash and refill paper towels/toilet paper
2. They don't take out the recycling or the trash on some days
3. They don't vacuum or mop the floors
4. They don't wipe down counters, tables or glass doors
5. They steal. Of what I've noticed, snacks and soda, office supplies
6. They smoke in the office and leave their cigarette butts in the toilet
7. They break stuff

OMEX has been a phenomenal find for our organization! It is great to finally have a company that is dependable, cost efficient, and always professional. We have been a customer for over two years and have logged zero complaints about their service. Whenever we need to adjust any of our cleaning requirements, OMEX is always accommodating and attentive to all of our needs. We wouldn't even consider another cleaning company!
