My truck looked ridiculous and the inside looked twice as bad but when I picked it up it looked brand new. He did a GREAT JOB and he actually cleaned it better than the dealership. I’d recommend SMA CLEANING to everyone

Horrible experience I cleaned for her for a month and she refused to pay me she subcontracted my small company for a few offices and was supposed to meet me a few times she blew me off once for a job and left me sit there for an hour and told me we were to have lunch with another girl I'm a hard worker and dont deserve to be treated like this if u need a cleaner I reccomend finding someone reliable

This company cleans for a place where I work. I’ve been in a state of disbelief over how they actually get paid for the services they provide. I have never seen such a lack of care when performing a job! I mean it’s horrible how these employees come in and basically do nothing to make our work environment clean and safe. And to think they are getting paid for this!! I watch different members of this company come to clean and they’re all the same…no one cares about how our break area or our restrooms look. They use a dirty, barely wet mop to clean an entire room. They never sweep and there’s food in areas on the floor that has been overlooked by them since October! I clearly don’t understand why no one from management never checks to evaluate their performance. I would hope they would hold these employees accountable for doing at least an adequate job. This is so bad…SMH

Timely response. Excellent work. Above and beyond. I called Heavenly Helperz with a need for an entire apartment to be cleaned within a day or two. The apartment was as such that I was almost sick to have walked through it, bugs, odors, and the like. Heavenly Helperz were so easy and quick to speak with and to arrive. I was BLOWN AWAY at what the apartment looked like after their one day cleaning. I am appreciative and absolutely recommend them to everyone needing a reliable cleaning service.

When I 1st called Heavenly Helperz, my call was returned in less than 60 minutes... that was a major plus. Once Angel arrived the next day, her professionalism was where I expected to be. I am a small business owner myself, so it's easy for me to critique. Once the job was started, she did everything we agreed on and in a timely fashion. I hired them for A cleanup after having construction done in my offices. Also My windows after the job was done. They turned out beautiful. They did a wonderful job. They were on time, friendly staff, knowledgeable, managers, accommodating, and everything was clean to my liking. Even some things I didn’t realize needed Cleaning were cleaned as well. I recommend this company for all of your commercial cleaning needs. Will definitely be using them again.
