We had some issues with our lawn this past year. We told Kapps Green Lawn that we weren't happy with the service. Rich Kopps called personally and discussed at length the issues we had and our concerns. He agreed that it wasn't acceptable and he assured us that he will personally make sure that our yard is taken care of properly this year and that he will get it back to the condition that it should be. After speaking with Rich I feel that we will be getting the attention our lawn needs.

Rich came out to meet with me regarding potential service, he was very honest, straightforward and informative. All around nice guy and a great communicator, I look forward to working with him

I utilize Kapp’s last and wasn’t completely satisfied and decided not to resign this year. Rich just called me to ask what the issues were last year. He and I had a 30 minute conversation that I really felt comfortable with. He assured me he would be my point guy and he would make sure all of my concerns were properly addressed. I ended up resigning and feel extremely comfortable with my decision. I look forward to working with Rich going forward.

Super happy with Rich. He went out of his way to take care of a long term customer of many years. Definitely recommend Kapps if you want an easy and reliable fertilizer service for a green and lush lawn.

So after trying out a few aspects of their service last year I had decided to go about handling things on my own again for 2026…that was until I spoke with Rich Kopps. You could tell he really takes a lot of pride in what he does and his level of professionalism is top notch. And therefore I have decided because of that conversation with Rich to instead give Kapps green lawn service another chance to win back my business, and if expectations are met, keep my business. Excited to see the results!

I can't speak highly enough about Rich! His customer service is top-tier and he's incredibly responsive. Rich takes his time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I may have. We are going into our second season working together and I completely understand why Kapp's & Rich came so highly recommended to me. Its ok there aren't many good deals on perennials

Where else to go for all of your hardware needs? The people here are very helpful, and there is no shortage of products for any project you may have. Plenty of parking and a huge outdoor/garden section.

Perfect store to get any of your home or gardening needs. The service was incredible and they helped me find everything and even move it from the store into my car because it was too heavy.

Probably the worst quality of plants in garden center out of all the greater pgh area home depot plus the parking lot is nuts. They have good gatdening supplies though

Some of the Plants are 1/2 dead from frost. Prices are slightly high. Selection is minimal. And not once but twice encountered associates with rudeness and I dont care attitude.
Wish Lowes was closer!!!
