We got mulch from these guys, super professional and responsive. Reasonable pricing and great product! We opted to pick the mulch up ourselves but the delivery also which is nice to have as an option. Will be recommending this family business to my friends and family!!!

We were having a fence installed when we realized there was a huge maple tree that was split right up the middle and the fence post couldn’t be installed where it needed to go. I called Joe and he came out that same evening , gave us the estimate and him and his crew were here the next day. They dropped the tree, grinded the stump and did an excellent job cleaning up,couldn’t even tell it was done. Very polite, friendly guys and hard workers. Ty guys for helping immediately with a difficult situation . Highly recommend and will definitely call Joe with any other tree needs

Great service and well worth the money spent. The owner came and walked the land with us, gave us his opinion, and understood our long term vision for the property. Prompt service giving the quote, responding to emails and phone calls and completing the tree removal in the timeframe I requested. The removal was relatively difficult with the tree hanging over the roof and amid power lines but they brought a bucket truck and enough people to get the job done safely and quickly. The crew was friendly and they worked hard all day. Zero complaints on the work they did. Price was on par with other quotes I got. I will call them again next time I need this type of work done.

Joe, Tim, Ann and the crew are all Top Notch! This is the second time that we have used Pittsburgh Lumberjacks. They did a great job the first time when they took down four enormous pine trees. This time they took down a huge maple, ground the stump, planted a new tree in the same spot. In addition, they trimmed both of our front maples, dead wooded the
willow and will be cabling one of the maples this week. They have a hard working team that never stops and the clean up is so good, you hardly know that they were there. Great company! Great people! Fantastic job! Thank you all!

I reached out for an estimate and was very pleased with the timely response and professionalism throughout the entire process. They recognized the urgency of the situation and showed up the next day to take down a nuisance tree that posed a danger to both my neighbors and my house. Pittsburgh Lumberjack Tree Service was fantastic! I approached them while they were working on a neighbor's yard and requested a quote. They stopped by my house the same day and gave me a (very fair) quote within a few days. They removed two very large trees from the side of my house, ground the stumps, and trimmed a large overgrown tree. They were wonderful and I will happily use them again in the future!

Very efficient and reasonably priced! They came out and gave me an estimate within a few days of contacting them and less than a week after that the work was done. Other places were quoting me crazy amounts and said they couldn't come out to do the work for months. I'd totally recommend them for all your lumberjack needs!

I’ve had a total of 5 fairly large trees removed from my property on two different occasions. Two the first time and three the second time. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and was quick to get ahold of you with any scheduling changes. The price both times were very reasonable and they were in and out in no time without even so much as a twig left behind. They even took it upon themselves to clear up pile of old large branches that I piled up next to one of the trees over the years. They were also very careful not to damage any of my newly planted trees ( all are about two feet tall and could be easily missed) with the equipment they backed onto my lawn. I’ll definitely be hiring them again if need be and would highly recommend them.

The Pittsburgh Lumbaerjack is the best company to take care of your tree needs. They did an incredible job taking down 3 trees that were aiming towards my home. There were so many things that they could have hit when taking them down, but their extreme caution they were successful in avoiding the house and play set in the yard. These guys are the best and I will have them back again. I have been using their service for several years and they never disappoint!!

My husband and I were EXCEPTIONALLY pleased with our entire experience with Greater Pitt Tree Service LLC. Not knowing who to call to trim our two Japanese maple trees, I saw their ad in our Church Bulletin; so, I took a chance and called them. I left a message and within five minutes, I received a phone call back from the General Manager and we immediately set-up an appointment for an Arborist to come out and look at the trees. He came out the next day to evaluate the request and gave me a reasonable estimate. So far so good -- I was quite impressed with the prompt service and efficiency of these two individuals. Shortly thereafter, I was given a date of service. The three gentlemen who came out did an AMAZING job of trimming and GREAT clean-up afterwards. They, too, were very professional, helpful and friendly. At all times, we were treated with respect and politeness from everyone at Greater Pitt Tree Service LLC.

Greater Pitt Tree is an awesome company to work with! It’s hard starting out financially as a new home owner, but I was offered a very affordable price, which I’m so thankful for. Everything was scheduled in a timely manner, and everyone was very responsive. The crew left the property even more neat and tidy than it was when they arrived, which I appreciated so much!
