Massaro Restoration Services had the task to put part of our house back together after a 90 foot oak tree fell on it.

Following a major flood in our home from a faulty toilet supply line we called Massaro Restoration. The Massaro team quickly inspected and assessed the damage and scope of work needed. The damage included our basement and 1st and 2nd floors. Massaro was quick to coordinate with our insurance company and soon the construction team was deployed to begin work. We were very happy with Massaro’s continued communication and responsiveness along with the quality workmanship throughout. They made our nightmare bearable during the entire process. GS Jones was far and beyond professional, ethical, immediate help and service, care and positive attitude. We had three stories of water damage, including major damage to a bathroom, ceiling, walls, electrical, demolition and floor care. Clinton Baynham when far and above securing the right plan of action. This included a team of professionals Red Meyers, Dena Terrano, Elaine Sweitzer, and Denice Shipeck, and multiple other crew members. The end result is stunning. We can't say enough regarding positive outcomes.

They would be a 'must call' when the luck runs out and you have a fire, flood or wind damage at your residential or commercial property.

The senior estimator that I had the displeasure of working with from GS Jones, was fraudulent, unethical and misogynistic. I would not recommend GS Jones to anyone for anything.

Did not do their job up to par. Did not act in a professional manor at all. Would not recommend to anyone.
