UPDATE - I WAS IN FACT A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS... Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this company. We hired this company to perform a camera inspection and dye test on our plumbing. After completing the camera inspection, we were told that the line was severely filled with roots and that the recommended repair would cost approximately $10,000. After reviewing the actual camera footage ourselves, we were extremely concerned because the video appeared remarkably clear and did not match the description we had been given. We decided to get a second opinion and showed the footage to another plumbing contractor. The second contractor was able to address the issue by simply spraying out the pipe for approximately $500, after which we passed the dye test. I understand that plumbing issues can be complicated and that repairs can be expensive, but the significant discrepancy between what we were told and what another contractor was able to accomplish was extremely concerning. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major repair based on this company's recommendations. Based on our experience, we would not use this company again.
Great communication, reasonable prices, & quality work. Alex showed up right at the beginning of the time window and was out the door a few hours later. We had a new hose bib installed and a few isolation valves replaced, and he was very forthcoming and honest about costs and necessary scope - real personable and cleaned up after himself too. We'll be using Cirigliano again for any future plumbing needs.
We have been using Cirigliano Plumbing for more than five years and we cannot give them a higher recommendation! In addition to our personal residence, Steve and his crew have taken great care of rental properties for us. He goes out of his way to get to your job in a timely manner and their work is always top-notch. Steve and his team are trustworthy and clean inside your home. We have used Cirigliano for minor repairs as well as larger projects and each one was done on time, on budget, and with great professional skill.
Terrible service. Had water pressure regulator installed for $450. After it was installed, our dishwasher stopped working. No water was coming through to clean the dishes. We called Cirgliano for help. They refused to listen to us or help us. They wouldn't even come to look at it. The woman, Kayla, who responded to my call was extremely dismissive and rude. Every question I had she shut down. The only good thing about this company is that they schedule pretty quickly. Now I can see why... Edit: to reply to the employee who responded... I think it is fairly obvious that the water from the basement supplies water to the dishwasher. Something is wrong with the water pressure after you installed the regulator, and you didn't even bother to help us find a solution or check it out... Another dismissive reply showing how they treat customers.
Alex was very personable and professional. He managed to fix our drain pipe leak and it’s held so far. I imagine after a week it going to be good for a long time. He showed up on time (actually early after calling to check if that would be ok) and cleaned up after as if he was never there, except of course no more leak. We won’t hesitate to call on Cirigliano again
Just had my home warranty claim denied because the technician who was sent said my pipe froze in a heated basement. They were more than happy to give me a separate estimate to go around my home warranty. I'd like to know how a pipe can freeze in a heated basement and why, when the coupling broke off back in 2020 on the other side, it was a very easy fix, that my home warranty paid? Complaints were filed with my home warranty. Hopefully they can be vetted out. One star is as low as I can go.
